“nice, clean, simple place a 15 min walk from the city center”
we made reservations here at the last minute and were very satisfied. the hotel is clean and compact and is relatively close to the city center -- about a 10/15 minute walk. the european breakfast is simple but adequate. free internet access in the lobby and a very nice receptionist who will try to help with questions (she suggested places to go out at night, where to buy a plug adapter, methods to get to vienna in the morning, etc.). they also called us a cab for the train station. all in all, a pretty nice place for the price.
“Excellent new hotel”
Antares Hotel was very welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The desk staff spoke English. The breakfast included, was hot or cold and could be taken inside or in the small garden. The room was clean and the bathroom beautiful. The old town is in walking distance.
“Just what we wanted!”
A clean comfortable hotel with friendly and efficient staff who take a real pride in their work. The rooms were spotless and the jaccuzzi bath was really appreciated after a long day's sightseeing. The continental buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. Pleasant walk down to the town as well.
“Great service”
Stayed for a week on business, and found the hotel to be clean and well managed. The staff were great - polite and personable, dealing very quickly with some minor problems which did not reoccur. The inclusive breakfast was cooked to order and excellent. Also included in the price is a high quality wi-fi connection, and use of the gym. It's about a 10 minute walk out of the city, but that's not a problem at all. Recommended.
“Boutique Hotel Close to Center”
Stayed for three nights on a business trip and the hotel was perfect for leisure or professional stay. Free breakfast and internet connection. The hotel is small, peaceful and in a great location. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation.
“Loved this Bratislava Hotel!”
In all the time I was in Europe in many different cities, this was the best overall hotel experience. Great neighborhood as it feels residential, and it's close to everything including transportation. They have fantastic service. The hotel lobby and rooms were immaculate, very comfy beds and excellent air conditioning (which is very unusual in Europe). Complimentary breakfast was great too. There is nothing I can say negative about this hotel... just loved it.
“Worth”
Over all nice, good in value. Service and facility match 4 stars standards in Europe. Takes little walking from Old Town center. But that will keep you fit.

Overpriced Location not very practical to walk to historic city centre or main train station; but very calm Breakfast is very average, in small room .. with little space Funny the hotel should for an expresso coffee selected for breakfast instead of normal coffee... ??!!
