The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, that was not enough to make up for the rude and disinterested staff at check-in, the lack of a functioning pool (despite being told it would be open up until and after check-in), and the lack of compensation for the pool not being available.
My biggest issue with the property, however, came after check-out. I accidentally left a small Bluetooth speaker in our room. Despite telling them this the same day I checked out, they were incredibly disinterested in helping me get my belongings returned to me. They begrudgingly claimed to have someone go check the room and then simply pushed me off onto an online form. Once filled out, they didn't call back to check and see if the situation was remedied. They *did* call to try and sell me their timeshare. It was undeniable where their priorities were.
I would not recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Rooms and resorts are a dime a dozen in Branson. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere where the employees value you, your satisfaction, and your comfort level should you actually need their assistance with something rather than just you as a possible new fish on the hook for their timeshare.
