I did not get the property I booked. The booking clearly had a fireplace in the room and when we opened the door we were very disappointed. Staff did nothing to remedy the situation and would not move us. Phones in unit did not work.

The view out our windows was very nice. Loved the layout of the rooms and how spacious it was. The villa we stayed in was secluded and in a nice location. The only minus was the rather long walk to the pool house. Part of the walk had no sidewalk, so we had to walk in the road or across grass with a 4 year old. It was far enough away we chose not to go to it one day when it was rainy and the walk would be miserable.

The unit we stayed in was absolute perfection. It was clean and well kept in the views were great! The building is quiet and the staff or fantastic! I would highly recommend staying here and it was the best place. I have stayed in Branson!!

The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Kitchen had all necessary equipment for cooking. The pool was great with both indoor and outdoor options for pool and hot tub. The negative side of are stay… The employees here are only interested in selling you a timeshare it’s easier to just not interact with them. The keys to our room would randomly stop working (at very inconvenient times like coming back from the pool or after traveling for a day) when you call they say you can pick up new keys at the concierge. The whole thing felt intentional to force me to talk to them. Nice property but terrible guest relations. If you stay here be prepared to deal with pushy salespeople and just say no to “gifts”

Very quiet and parking was easy. We arrived early(3:30 pm) and they stated room was not ready and should be ready by 4 pm. We finally got a call about the room at 4:42 pm. I asked when I got to the reservation desk why so late to let us know. She just stated..."We got busy" Not a great way to start the stay. 2ndly, the toilet in our room had mold or mildew in the under side of the bowl. No, we did not let them know. The entertainment staff was kind and helpful during our visit.

Loved our room with a nice kitchen, 2 fireplaces and a large soaking tub, and large multi shower head shower. We had a nice view of the fountain. It was cold when we were there, so didn't use the balcony much, but would of with warmer weather. It was so close to all the theatres and many dining options.

Felt secluded! It was nice to "get away" from the business of Branson, while still being close to all the hot spots. Rooms are spacious. Very fun indoor pool! I usually am affected by the chlorine at indoor pools, even if I am not swimming. At this location, my eyes did not burn al all! Everything was well ventilated. I would definitely recommend staying here. There was some construction happening, but it didn't bother us or hinder our trip. We ended up extending our stay due to a snow storm. The hotel was very accommodating in getting us a different room. We had a lovely time.

The accommodations were great, clean, and very comfortable. Our daughter really enjoyed the indoor pool and slide. The staff went above and beyond during movie night to accommodate my wife (deaf) by ensuring close caption and subtitles worked during the show. The only drawback to this property is that there are no dining or vending machines on site, so make sure to bring enough supplies to cook in the room, grill outside, or be prepared to drive about 10 - 15 minutes to the nearest restaurants.

Check-in was easy and our room was clean. I like the extra touches of dishwasher/laundry detergent and the tiny salt and pepper shakers. The only bad experience we had was with the grills by our building not working. We just walked to the next building to use theirs. Overall a great experience, the rooms were beautiful and spacious. We loved the gas fireplaces. We would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable. However, that was not enough to make up for the rude and disinterested staff at check-in, the lack of a functioning pool (despite being told it would be open up until and after check-in), and the lack of compensation for the pool not being available. My biggest issue with the property, however, came after check-out. I accidentally left a small Bluetooth speaker in our room. Despite telling them this the same day I checked out, they were incredibly disinterested in helping me get my belongings returned to me. They begrudgingly claimed to have someone go check the room and then simply pushed me off onto an online form. Once filled out, they didn't call back to check and see if the situation was remedied. They *did* call to try and sell me their timeshare. It was undeniable where their priorities were. I would not recommend this property for anyone to stay at. Rooms and resorts are a dime a dozen in Branson. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere where the employees value you, your satisfaction, and your comfort level should you actually need their assistance with something rather than just you as a possible new fish on the hook for their timeshare.

My husband and I stayed here for our Anniversary. Our condo was spacious and cozy with two fireplaces, nice walk-in shower, and a comfy bed. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and large patio. The water park was down which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. The reception did say they had an activity center that was offering some things in lieu of the pool but those were offered normally. I asked for a room upgrade since we were there off season and the hotel was far from being fully booked and was turned down. No show tickets or discounts offered. That was a little disappointing. Not sure that I would go back.

We stayed in Jan so there were not many folks around. Newly remodeled so everything is updated. You could see some shoddy work on the remodel that will be a problem for them someday. Overall a pretty nice stay.

The location was beautiful. Our jetted bathtub had orange foamy bubbles when we turned it on. The maintenance guy was amazing and gave it his best effort but couldn't get rid of the orange flakes coming out of the jets. They offered to move us to a smaller room with no jetted tub..no benefit. Next morning, cleaning lady arrived without notice. She came to clean the tub but had no idea the issue. At check in, they team was great, but then the following days no one there could help with our questions. It was all very gimmicky on the shows and stuff with their concierge, but the property was beautiful, and we would probably stay again.

We got a villa with three rooms and two baths. The villa was amazing everything was very clean, very spacious and everything seemed updated. The only downside was our room was not ready at check in (4pm) and there was multiple communication errors between front desk staff and house keeping. Overall I would probably stay here again with hopes the check in process goes smoother the next time around.

This property is older and not updated with only one small sofa in the living room. Two tvs, 3 remotes, none of the remotes work other than volume. Very limited channels and no instructions or list. The living room tv is on the other side of the room with a dining table in between the only sitting area and the tv. Most local hotels offer a complimentary breakfast or at least some dining option on premises. There is nothing here, and you pay a lot more per night. The bathtub has about a 2 foot side to step over to get in. Not good for older travelers. They told us at check in the staff was only there until 8 pm. I guess you were out of luck if you had a problem after that.

Great place to stay for our staycation. Pool was unfortunately closed but we had a great time at The Escape Room. Room was cozy and quiet. Sheet had some stains but they sent new sheets to replace. Housekeeping doesnt come everyday but front desk is quick about sending needed supplies. Gym had some nice equipment. Look forward to staying here again.
