“great employees”
great breakfast
“Very impressed”
The Hotel was clean, customer service excellent. We had heard that the beds were not very comfortable, but we had a great nights sleep. The pool at night was wonderfully lit and quiet. Would recommend the hotel to anyone. Great value for the money, too!
“GREAT PLACE TO STAY”
The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. the staff was helpful and courtious will definatly make a return trip
“Great value”
This hotel was very clean. Staff member in the gift shop was very helpful in steering us toward available shows. The only drawback was that she closed at 2:30 in the afternoon. Beds were okay, not as cushy as I would have liked, but fine for the 2 nights we stayed here. I would recommend this hotel.

Very Clean, Professional Staff, Comfortable, Good Location. Would stay here again for sure. Pool area is very nice and the staff are all very nice.

Great place. Staff was awesome. Wife had a migrane and they hunted down headach pills for her late at night. Plus the free home made waffles in the morning rock!
“Greatest Place in Branson”
I stayed in room 208, on the 2nd floor-which happens to be the main floor. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, yogurt, biscuits, sausage gravy, juice, milk, coffees, teas, oatmeals, regular & cinnamon waffles. It was delicious! Staff was extremely helpful & pleasant. Rooms, pool & everywhere else was extremely clean! Room was ready when we arrived at 2:45pm. Beds were VERY comfortable-I advise bringing your own pillow-as they only have 4 small (sample) pillows on each bed. We took 3 showers back to back & had good water pressure & hot water for all 3. The indoor swimming pool (on 1st floor) is cool, but not cold. It goes from 3'-6'. The hot tub felt great after a whole day of walking. They have a few arcade games & a pool table in a game room next to the pool. The 24hr laundry room on the 1st floor costs $1.00 to wash & $1.50 to dry. The machines only take quarters & there isn't a change machine. The ice machines are located on floors 1, 3 & 4, so it's a minor pain if you're on the 2nd floor. They also have a gift shop where you can purchase tickets to local shows and activities. You get all this for a great price you can't beat anywhere!
“Will stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!!”
I have stayed at numerous hotels in Branson. This hotel was one of the best. The beds were the most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed in. The room was very clean. And the indoor pool was great. This hotel is in a perfect location. Only minutes to most everything but in a location that was very quiet and only one block off of the main strip.
“You must stay here”
Read a previous review which stated the beds were great. Well they were right. This is the first time we didn't miss our sleep number bed. The indoor pool, hot tub and dry sauna were wonderful. Very good variety for the free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
“Would like to go back”
The hotel was in a very good location for shows, shopping, etc. The beds could have used a little better mattress, but not bad. I loved the fact that the bathroom had a private tub/shower, and a lavatory, plus another lavatory outside which couldn't be seen from the beds. We were with another non-relative and it helped to have our own privacy while getting ready. Pool was fantastic, and hot tub, plus the hot breakfast was delicious. Very friendly maids, and workers at the hotel as well.
