Staff was wonderful. Pool area is always ideal for young kids to play and parents to rest. We always choose the Clarion for our stay in Brandon!

Our family found the noise from the pool area to be quite excessive, especially later in the evening. Poor sound insulation between it and our room also between rooms. The guest next door required security to intervene about the noise well after midnight. The ATM only dispenses $20 bills and the vending machines only take $5 and $10 bills. The person on night duty said they were not allowed to do cash-back. So I was charged $3 for water from behind the counter that is available for $2.75 from the vending machine.

With Fair week and Spring Break it did get rather noisy in the hotel this weekend I do apologies for that. I am very glad to hear the guest next door did contact the front desk and let my team know so they could send security to stop the noise. I do hope it stayed quite for the rest of the night for your all. ATM just what can I say they do not like to spit out anything but 20 less they are a bank one I do hate that my self. However you are always welcome to cash a 20.00 in for change at the front desk yes sorry James we do not do cash-back options as off yet. I how ever will pass this idea on up and see what we can do about that.

The stay was very nice and quiet. Only thing i didn't like was the housekeeping. They didn't empty the garbage or replace the coffee pods, or the towels. Not any instructions on what to do with garbage.

What started out nice, ended to being disappointing. We came back after lunch and the room wasn't cleaned and we gave the benefit of the doubt that they were busy or whatever the reason. Went out again and came back prior to dinner and room still not cleaned, and again after dinner the room still not cleaned. Never was cleaned or stocked during our stay. Garbage was overflowing, we needed more towels in general as there were 5 of us in the room, ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex, needed more shampoo, soap and conditioned, and ended up having to go ask front desk the last morning of our stay for above. And although it seems minor to some, if the room had been cleaned it would have been noticed and likely these items would stocked at that time.

I am so sorry that you did not get your room cleaned. Did you request service? As we are trying to stay Green we do not clean the rooms every day unless requested. We do have this posted in the rooms. However I am sorry that your room was not cleaned I do hope you will give us another chance and requested room service when you do so we can make your next stay 5 out of 5

I have stayed there often. Large rooms with private bedroom is excellent. It’s beginning to show its age. Some facilities and rooms showing wear and tear. Overall still a great place to stay.

We had to wait for our rooom for over 35 min. Elevator was very slow. Pool was over crowded with 5 kids birthday parties. A lot of running in the halls late.

Our bathroom floor was clearly not swept between guests. Long Hair on the bathroom counter. Tons of crumbs and hair. Carpet was dirty. Stains/smears on couch/sofa bed. Coffee table not wiped off. Clump of hair in the hair dryer bag. Towels hung but appear to have been used. Yes, I have pictures of all of this. Pool and hot tub was nice although there was lots of stuff floating in the water.

Party and floor hockey in hallways along with dogs barking till 2 am followed by the fire alarm being triggered at 4 am by hallway partier. No one came around to stop or tell anyone to be quiet or go to there rooms. Woke our 2 small children up to fire alarms at 4 to evacuate as we could not reach the front desk to ask if we need to evacuate. Only had 2 hrs of sleep and are now driving 10 hrs to next stay. Poor service and control over facility. Would not stay again terrible experience.
