“Old, but clean”

Room door hard to open and pillows very poor quality. Only 1 ice maker for the whole establishment.

“Will use again”

Altough it is an older motel it was well maintained., Only issue was that there was a heating problem but was corrected in a timely manner by the staff. Too bad that teh resteruant that used to be there has closed for now. Will stay again next time we are in Bradford.

“consider its price and my last minute booking, it has pretty good value”

I was hesitated to book it due to a few bad reviews on expedia. But I booked it anyway because it has lower cost comparing to other hotels nearby. It actually has very reasonable condition, better than I expected. It is not new, but clean and has all the basics.

“Never go back”

Our hotel room was very noisy. We could hear the people in the next room, construction on the restaurant next door, and also traffic. The door to our room had a gap the whole way around it and left the cold air and snow into our room and also the door did not have a chain lock.

“Forgotten”

This is the hotel that time has forgotten. With the same decor when it was first built in the 50's and had never been remodeled since. I can use positive words like charming and clean ..sure.. but instead let me just say it should all go away when you close your eyes to sleep. But it didn't because the blinds were broken.

“Would not stay here again.”

Not even a cheap price - for just a little more money we could have stayed at a much nicer place. Very noisy late into the night - extended stay local workers consider this their private party central. Extremely bare bones, sadly in need of updating. Bathroom was clean which is more than I can say for the carpet. One of the two beds looked like it was sunken or worn down. Fortunately we needed only one of them. Lucky also it was just cool enough to get by without a/c - window unit produced very sour smell in room when operating. We turned it off and kept the windows open. Fridge and microwave in room worked fine. Owners / operators very pleasant and accommodating. I think it's time for them to sign a conctract with a national chain and get the money to refurbish. The location is convenient if you have business to do or relatives to visit in Bradford. Bottom line: stay here only if you have no other alternative.
