Country Motor Inn

Posted 8-Sep-2013
Cons: LOTS!
Location: Like I said, it was actually in very dumpy area of town (industrial I guess you could say). Amenities were nice and close by, however.
No shampoo; luckily manager/owner had a bottle left behind by someone previous. Had to take out my own garbage. Wifi was down nearly half the time. Curtains on main window didn't close properly. Microwave was difficult to use. No breakfast. Not in the nicest area of town either. Over all, I would never go there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

No problems. Train activity could be distracting to some.

A place to sleep

Posted 7-Aug-2013
Pros: Price
Cons: Better drapes. Renovate bathroom.
Not a great place. The drapes didn't block the exterior light so it was permanent dusk. Bathroom floor had a squishy floor. I think they put linoleum tiles over a rotted floor. But there is a Montana craft brewery two blocks away.

Short stay on way to Yellowstone

Posted 1-Jul-2013
Location: On way to Yellowstone NP
Not a good place to stay for the price you paying. Much overpriced. I would not recommend it to anyone. Small old rooms, even smaller bathroom, hardly any room to shower.

Do they rent by the hour?

Posted 1-Jul-2013
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Bulldoze it down and start over
Location: Right outside of the main street
This place was aweful, not worthy of one star. Scary. Very disappointed that you even recommended it. I usually do not write reviews but I don't think I have EVER stayed in a worse place.

Terrible- Especially considering the price!!!

Posted 30-Jun-2013
Pros: Hot water - location
Cons: Complete remodel. Refrigerator and breakfast as promised.
Location: About 45 minutes from entrance to Yellowstone.
This place was terrible!! Don't know how to begin to describe it. Dark, dingy room. Old blankets with cigarette holes in them and some kind of black stuff stuck to them. Old bathroom. No refrigerator as was indicated. Room smelled like cigarette smoke from guy smoking outside of our room. Garbage truck outside back window woke us up at around 5 a.m. "Grab and go" breakfast consisted of coffee and a small package of honey mustard crackers. Really?

Awful

Posted 28-Jun-2013
Pros: Absolutely nothing for the $$
Cons: Cleanliness
I knew when the check in clerk handed me an old style metal key what I was in for. Very thankful my family was not with me. I would not have my family stay in sub- standard. Coming from military housing we are used to settling for what you get but this was filthy and far below the standards

Small and outdated, but comfortable

Posted 14-Apr-2013 on Hotels.com
It's right on Park street and a decent place to stay overnight before entering yellowstone. The rooms were small, had a key lock, a small shower room and a sink outside the bathroom. The decor and paint were outdated and peeing but the room appeared clean. Free coffee in the morning.
