“Best Hotel in Boxborough”
This is a no no nonsense lodging with attentive staff. The only reason not to give it "extremely excellent" is that would imply "near perfect." This is a clean, well-run hotel with a cheerful breakfast experience. Don't know how the restaurant fare is. Didn't dine there. Would not expect much, though. This place is in the woods. But, if your business is in Boxborough, you will be comfortable here.

“Exceptional service”
I wish I had more time to make use of the hotel amenities. Very clean and great service. Courtyard with fountain and restaurant was nice but did not have the chance to make use of it.
“Comfortable Family Hotel”
This hotel was great for me and my three kids. The indoor pool was terrific and we reserved a room with sliding doors that led to a small sitting area right next to the pool. It was reasonably priced for your basic standard double room.
“Great for Kids!”
Stayed at this hotel when we went tubing at Nashoba. We were very pleased with the condition of the hotel and our room. It was clean, updated, and comfortable. The pool in the hotel is great for the kids. I also used the fitness room while there, which consisted of 2 treadmills, weights, and t.v. The staff was friendly. I wouldn't get the buffet breakfast included again because it really wasn't that good. Overall, a good experience.
“Nice Hotel”
No surprises. Rooms and surroundings in good condition. Location convenient to I-495. Don't waste your money on their breakfast though, that was a bit disappointing.
“Mixed feelings”
This is the third time in the past year that my daughter and I have stayed at this hotel. This time however the visit was less than stellar! The hot water in the shower would not turn off and maintenance had to be called. The sink in the bathroom did not drain properly and the toilet almost overflowed each time it was used. The heater was quite loud and I had a difficult time getting to sleep. Additionally, in the morning the guests in a neighboring were smoking in a non-smoking room- YUCK! At the hotel restaurant, the waiter forgot my daughter's side dish and I eventually had to ask another server to get them for us. In addition, the waiter gave me the wrong side dish. However, the room was clean and the pool facilities were a great way to spend a winter afternoon! I have stayed here in the past and have had a better stay, so I hope this was just a fluke and not an indication of things changing.
“Average Hotel 30min Outside of Boston”
The hotel was decent. The staff was accommodating and nice. Unfortunately, the rooms and restaurant were only average, I was told that only certain rooms have been updated in the past few years...on an "as needed" basis. Compared to similarly priced hotels, this doesn't offer the updated ammenities one has come to expect from a hotel. It does offer a nice indoor pool, which may be good if you have kids traveling with you. The hotel is located about 30min outside of Boston, a bit remote. There is not much around this hotel. However, for me the location worked as it was near where I needed to be for work and was priced well. The rate was fair, but if given a choice I likely would have stayed in a better area and paid a little more.
“Mediocre”
This hotel was adequate. There is no "wow" factor here. Although the basics are all here (wifi finally being installed during my stay), overall the facility feels old and in need of refurbishment. The staff was friendly but not enthusiastic... the rooms were clean but not updated... for the money this hotel was just okay.
“not impressed”
bathroom required maintenance,but none was forthcoming. 2. no vent fan in bathroom and mirrors steamed up.toilet did not flush properly.
