Relax on the sun porch with your morning coffee, made with your choice of a Keurig or traditional coffee maker. The covered boat dock has roof-top access for sunbathing or taking a plunge into the water below. This amazing dock is shared with one neighbor. The private swim dock has a new double pendulum swing for complete relaxation on the water. Launch one of our kayaks into the calm waters for an evening cruise around the cove and upon your return plan to roast marshmallows around the beautiful smokeless fire pit area. Enjoy Grand Lake's extensive entertainment options -- from waterfront dining and nightlife, to wakeboarding or tubing on Drowning Creek, to cliff jumping in nearby Dripping Springs Hollow, and some of the best bass fishing anywhere. The spacious cabin has a wide open floor plan, with a great room/kitchen/dining combo space, large climate controlled sun room and 2 bedrooms, each with queen pillow top beds. There is a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the great room and a day bed with a trundle in the sun room.
