“Gracious staff, decent motel”

Enjoyed stay here. Centrally located. Easy to find. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Management especially nice.

“cheap, basic, but met expectations”

Our stay at the Knights Inn was short, but we found the staff friendly and the hotel clean. For the price, we were very satisfied. No frills, but a good simple place to crash on the Cape!

“serves it purpose”

good, clean, right over bourne bridge so easy to find. drawback is since most action is mid-cape and beyond long drive every where you want to go. we were there in october and it took an hour to go from hotel to dennis, so don't know how long it would take in season. but that is not hotels fault as stated it served its purpose.

Room is good and clear, location is good, have breakfirst. Hotel just provide very simple service.

“For an overnight trip, very satisfactory.”

Needed a clean place to spend the night. Knights Inn is certainly not an upscale vacation spot but it was just what I needed for an overnight stay. Extremely easy to find, pleasant staff, clean room.

“Very good deal for the price”

The hotel was an older hotel which had "character" and a creaky floor near the bed. However, we feel it was a very good value, since it had a hot tub, pool, and refrigerator. The location was also convenient, since it was near an intersection of major highways.

I stayed for one night, looking for a cheap place. It was not super clean but wasn't gross either.

“Okay if you are on a budget”

Room was in need of repairs but fairly clean. Linen was clean, but we always had to ask for the 3rd and 4th towel. Pool was heavily clorinated and the hot tub was not cleaned daily. Window A/C was noisy but kept room cool. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi was not always available, if that is important to you. Kitchenette did not include cooking utensils or plates and silverware. Breakfast selection: Fruit Loops, Cheerios, donuts, Chewy Bars, apples, oranges, bananas(not every day), milk, coffee, tea, craneberry and orange juice.

“Review of Knights Inn”

To be honest it wasn't the worst hotel experience I've had but it was far from the best. I'm a regular smoking and figured I'd get a smoke room. Besides the tiny window outside the bathroom there was no regular way to filter out any smoke. The sheets and blankets obviously used for a smoking room had very visible burn marks. The water in the shower was warm but not insanely clean. The rugs felt dirty and the overall presence of the room was dull. Besides the room itself I found myself aggravated with two other inconveniences: One being check in when I had to wait 20 minutes before someone finally dragged themselves away from whatever they could be doing and two the hotel advertises a pool and jacuzzi.... Both were in a separate outside building which to the untrained eye looks closed, via no lights on and a pool cover. Jacuzzi was empty and not for use and the pool which you basically had to run around trying to find someone to open was filthy and smelled like it need way more chlorine. I took many showers that weekend just to wash off the trip.
