All the staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. One suggestion for our room but probably applies across the board. Bathroom vent needs a good dusting. Ceiling above fan in bedroom also had noticeable dust bunnies clinging to the ceiling.

We were in Boulder when the Colorado power company cut power - without warning - to 6 districts. The hotel staff were warm, friendly and reassuring after we were all left in the dark. Some of us chose to stay and hang out in lobby by the fire. The Hotel set us up with extra blankets and did their best to accommodate needs. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Boulder. Plus, very good restaurants in the little strip mall right across from the hotel

I had a unique situation where the hotel in Boulder had no power due to it being shut down by the power company due to high winds. I did not check-in or stay. was informed by the staff to notify Expedia to process a refund.

The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The linens we needed for the pull out couch weren't on the bed or in the room, so we had to go back to the office to grab those (VERY late flight with small kids in snowing conditions), which they could have told us while checking in. Parking was a little scarce but manageable.

The property needs to get the cable provider to do an overhaul of the cable system. The two TV’s in my first room would not work due to cable connectivity issues. The second room I was given only had one of two TV’s working. The one TV not working had the same issue with the cable service.

Great hotel, excellent location.
We had a very nice stay from the front desk to the breakfast, everyone and everything was great. The room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable and the breakfast area was fantastic. Plus the location was perfect with lots of dining options right next door. We will be back.

The room very clean and cozy , the staffs was nice and polite. The manager was very generous we gave him 5 stars for helping others in need . Everything was great we as a couple very enjoyed our short gateway. The only thing I would recommend is that the kitchen staff should wear gloves when she prepare foods and clean the trash. We sure would like to come back when we visit Boulder again one day.

Would have been a five-star rating except that I was not acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member, the guy at the desk did not ask me how my stay was, and, subsequently, I had to inform him that there was no shampoo in the shower dispenser (and the body wash was very low). Other than that, no issues.

I made this reservation months ago. Four hours before check-in, Expedia called me to say that the hotel was overbooked and my reservation was cancelled. All they could offer me instead was a place that was almost an hour away from where I needed to be. They did not offer to cover the night's cost given the inconvenience.
