Awesome and quiet location and room, the room was also very clean and the surrounding town and area is so beautiful, with many good places to eat and sightseeing to do.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It was clean and quiet. The beds were so comfortable! The staff were all incredibly kind and eager to help. There just happened to be a bluegrass group performing the first night we were there - they were great. A wonderful river runs right through this property. We would love to stay here again, hopefully for a much longer time!

Loved our stay here!! Only 10 minute drive from downtown boulder but nestled away in the mountains. Cute little office area with beer on tap. Creek runs through the property. My 2 year old and 4 year old loved being able to play in the snow by the water. Definitely recommend.

I was so confused. We booked the jacuzzi queen for our 28th anniversary. They canceled the day before our stay, because there were problems with the room. So we rescheduled for a few weeks layer. Because of the occasion we wanted a room with a private hot tub or a jacuzzi. We didn't want a regular room. But they canceled a 2nd time. They offered us another room but we weren't interest. Then they called and offered to comp a regular room. So we said okay. It's an hour drive from our home to Boulder. We got to the room. We were tired. The handrail leading up the stairs was loose and wobbly. Its scared me - I'm an older person and I rely on handrails. The room was nice enough but the bathtub was filthy. It had a grey film. A person couldn't shower in it, and forget taking a bath! I was so confused. The staff is so helpful and kind. Why would they comp us a room with a dirty bathtub? We didn't stay. We went home. I would say, the lodge is nice enough if you are just looking for a place to sleep, but the room itself is not the destination. And bring your own tub cleaner.

Amazing location. Quiet place nestled in the Boulder canyons. Lots of hiking trails nearby. Amazing front desk :). Will ne coming back for sure!

This was exactly what we were looking for during our ski-cation. It’s really woodsy feeling in its quiet alley location but also clean with all the amenities. It’s also close to Eldora and some incredible hiking spots as well as being only a few minutes from the shops and restaurants of Boulder. Best of both worlds. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area

Overall, our stay was nice. Quaint property that you feel like you’re really in the mountains. Lots of room to stretch out in the unit. Beautiful setting with great amenities for adventurers. I gave it a poor overall rating because we originally booked for two nights, but due to bad weather, could not make it the first night. We called the morning before we were supposed to check in to let them know we would not be able to make it. Even though we communicated, and weather was out of our control, they did not refund us the first night. So we won’t be staying here again or recommending it to others.

Beautiful views with a hike nearby, an enclosed outdoor hot tub, and outdoor fire pits and grills to use. It’s also not far from downtown. Great location and extremely friendly staff!

Winter Wonderland
We stayed here for 3 nights during our vacation. It was absolutely amazing! The property is beautiful and quiet. Lots of things to explore right onsite. There’s hiking trails right out the back door. I was sad to leave this stunning place. Would most definitely stay here again!

What an absolutely amazing place to stay. Our whole trip was excellent. A winter excursion to the A-Lodge is a must for any family looking for a winter wonderland type experience. The hiking trails, the grounds, the proximity to downtown Boulder and beautiful landmarks like Boulder falls. Pet friendly and fun for the whole family!

Wonderful little mountain lodge just a short drive to Boulder! Tons of great hiking nearby. Love the creek running through the property, saw a lot of wildlife roaming around too. Hot tub was fantastic at night and the main building is so nice with great staff. Highly recommend!

Asking for a change of bed linen and emptying the trash and change of towels in the bathroom after 3 days was met with response that manager will be contacted. I checked out after 6 days, no change of bedding, no clean towels, no emptying of trash, no response from manager so I guess they specialise in unhygienic practices.

Hidden Gem snuggled in the mountains . . .
This hidden gem is amazing! The setting is absolutely gorgeous as you are nestled in the canyon with beautiful mountains surrounding you. It is rustic but that is what makes it do fabulous - you feel like you are truly an adventurous traveler.

This place is terrific, the staff are very helpful, & friendly. It’s carved right into the mountain like a rural Lodge should be. Boulder is a very short drive down the mountain. I would Definitely recommend anybody visiting Boulder come to the A-Lodge you’ll have a great time!
