“Would stay again”

I grabbed a night's stay here while in town for a wedding reception. It's right next to campus and a mile from Pearl Street. I wouldn't expect too much out of the advertised continental breakfast - just cereal, apples, and bagels too small for the toaster. I would stay for the affordable price, cleanliness, and abundant WiFi.

“Nice place to stay”

I visit my mother who lives in assisted living next door to this motel. I found it very clean and well run. I am from New York City and I noticed that they wash the bedspreads at this motel. This is a very good practice and many hotel/motels do not do this frequently enough. The had a large dolly and bin arrangement which collected the bedspreads. This is a very good practice to prevent Bed Bugs. It isn't a fancy place but clean and comfortable. I will go back.

“Good, inexpensive, what was expected for the price.”

Was happy with the location ...was close to downtown, but also easy to get back on the interstate the next morning. I was glad to have the breakfast, also had good coffee. Room was nothing special, but you get what you pay for. Overall I was satisfied.

“Good stay for small budget business visit”

I stayed for 9 nights as a visitor to the Boulder University. The motel is very simple but the stuff is friendly, conditions are good, buffet breakfast is small but healthy. The room and the bath is clean and cleaned each day. The towels are changed each day too. The room was absolutely quiet and warm even if it was cold outside. The view on the mountains from the hotel is attractive. The only thing puzzled: why the cheap simple blanket should have holes from the cigarettes?

“Great Location”

My son and I stayed there for the Bolder Boulder. Easy 2 mile walk to the start of the race. Great place to stay for after the race - it was a quick 10 minute walk. Plus there is a tunnel to walk through so you don't have to worry about crossing the road. I had no problems getting to and from the hotel - easy to find. It's not a fancy hotel, but for the location and price, it worked out great for us.

“adequate for the price”

It was close to campus where my daughter and I were visiting. Although finding the access road to the motel was tricky, after we found it the room was large, the TV and heater worked fine. No fine linens, but everything was clean. There was plenty of parking. For the price, it was just fine.

“Don't let the star rating fool you, it's a fine place to stay.”

It doesn't come with a mint on your pillow, but the rooms are *extremely* spacious and comfortable. Don't think too hard about it, if you're looking for a cheap place to stay near campus with no overpriced fancy amenities, this is a solid bet. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I accidentally left a jacket & fleece in the room after leaving town, and the manager shipped it to me promptly and with care. I'm very thankful.

“Tres bon rapport qualite prix”

Avantages: Excellent rapport qualite-prix.

“Not the greatest”

I guess you get what you pay for. Hotel is dated. Bathroom had water dripping from ceiling vent over the toilet. Beds were not very comfortable. OK for a quick overnight, but that's it.
