“Hotel avenue du Prado tres confortable”

Le personnel est tres aimable, souriant, a l'ecoute des clients. Le studio etait d'une propreté irréprochable, le metro "Perrier" à deux pas. Rien a redire. Si ce n'est que lorsque j'ai voulu me connecter en wifi avec mon ordinateur portable, la page d'accueil stipulait de payer par carte de credit ou par carte prépayé. Alors qu'Expedia mentionnait que son site que le Wifi etait gratuit dans cet etablissement. J'ai payé 3 euros pour une heure de connexion... J'en ai parlé le lendemain matin a la réception, et ils m'ont dit que j'aurais du demander a mon arrivée l'identifiant et le mot de passe pour la connexion gratuite. Ils m'ont remboursé les 3 euros en especes. C'etait tres correct leur part. Donc, penser a demander les codes pour le wifi gratuit a votre arrivée.

L'hotel se situe pres d'un arret de metro. Il est à une demi heure à pied du vieux port, et seulement 3 arret de la gare sncf. Tres bon rapport qualité prix.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, l'hotel est calme, bien sécurisé. J'ai aimé l'emplacement avec des commerces autour. Le personnel à l'accueil mériterait d'etre plus souriant...

“Residhotel Grand Prado : bon appart'hotel”

Hotel très bien situé et facile d'accès en sortant à la station de métro Perrier. Appartements spacieux et pratiques avec cuisine équipée et grands placards. Cependant, problème d'ascenceur qui ne fonctionne pas toujours.

Bonne hôtel dans l'ensemble quelque petit défaut la télé n'a pas toute les chaines et aucun changement de drap et serviette idéal pour un séjour court,l'avantage on peu faire a mangé et transport a cote.
