““bon potentiel , mais malheureusement propreté pas au rendez- vous””

“bon potentiel , mais malheureusement propreté pas au rendez- vous” nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans cet hôtel , nous avons été très déçu par la propreté de cet établissement . en effet les appartements sont nettoyé de façon très superficiel . présence de toiles d'araignées dans chaque pièce ( nous avons du les enlever nous même, très désagréable pour nous) vitre non lavé ; chaises du balcon sales, drap du clic clac usagé ( nous avons du appelé la centrale à 23 h afin d'obtenir des draps propre car personne à la réception le dimanche ) . à noter que les studios ne comporte pas de lit mais un clic clac . la piscine est en service uniquement à partir du mois de mai . la salle de fitness est ultra petite . cependant nous avons aussi noter des points positifs dans cet établissement : en effet , le personnel d'accueil est assez aimable et à l'écoute des clients, essayant de régler les problèmes au mieux. la résidence est sécurisé avec un parking gratuit petit déjeuner possible pour 10 euros par personnes ( vu la propreté des chambres nous avons abandonné l'idée du peti dej ) la décoration est design, la connexion internet est gratuite, distributeur de plat ,boisson, confiserie je conseillerais cet établissement aux personnes n'ayant pas peur de retroussé leurs manches pour enlevé les toiles d’araignées. c'est vraiment dommage , car comme nous disions plus haut "bon potentiel" il vous faut vraiment réglé ce problème de propreté .
