L'hôtel est correct. Le personnel est très bien. Dommage, il y avait des travaux de 8h à 18h et le wifi n'est pas souvent disponible.

“Mercure Marseille centre: HLM et dédale”

2010, Marseille, 32°C: réception et brasserie de l'hôtel non climatisés... "pour cause de travaux" (à faire l'été, bien entendu). Arrivée en voiture: parking à chercher avec GPS valide, sous un centre commercial, en suivant un marquage abscon, pour arriver dans une zone "blindée" type Beyrouth, avec ascenceurs qui conduit dans un... centre commercial ("bourse") dont il faut sortir pour rerentrer dans l'hôtel (avant de découvrir l'existence d'une porte "secrète" de communication... Par contre, la brasserie est de qualité, les plats excellents. Chambre correcte, mais même pas de TNT en 2010... Palier des ascenseurs encombré de linge sale et de paniers de ménages (à toutes heures)... Par rapport à d'autres Mercure, un ton en dessous, nettement... L'hotel est à deux pas du vieux port, mais à un seul des trois barres HLM qui font de ses abords un coupe gorge dès que tombe la nuit (et même avant).

“Excellent location but hotel needs massive renovation”

The hotel is at an excellent location next to the old port and very convenient. The surrounding area is safe and easy to get around. The staff is friendly. This is a hotel that probably used to be fancy but is now in desperate need for renovations. The furniture in my room was very 80's style. The carpet everywhere needed cleaning. You could see paint peeling off the closet doors and other areas. A mirror in the hallway was cracked and taped with scotch tape.
