Hôtel très propre, très accueillant. Un personnel souriant, très disponible. Seulement à 4 stations de métro du centre ville. Juste bémol, une odeur de remontée d'égout après la douche du soir.

Résidence récente très pratique, nombreux services dont parking sécurisé, salle de fitness avec rameur, vélo elliptique et tapis de course. Les appartements (pour ma part un studio) sont pratiques et bien agencés - le canapé lit est néanmoins un peu trop ferme à mon goût. Cuisine équipée (lave vaisselle, frigo, 2 plaques, four micro onde) qui permet de cuisiner assez facilement. Il manquerait tout de même un peu de vaisselle notamment des bols pour le petit déjeuner. Je pense que cet hôtel est à privilégier aux personnes ayant un intérêt à venir dans le quartier _ pour les personnes en visite touristique l'hôtel est un peu éloigné des sites comme le vieux port (15 min en métro) et la vue sur l'hôpital ou à l'inverse dans la cour intérieure, partagée avec un autre hôtel, manque de charme.

“Comfortable, but not very convenient for tourists”
My wife and I recently had the opportunity to visit Marseille. It was our first trip, but booked on relatively short notice. We booked our stay at the Hipark Residence Hotel. The hotel staff is very good. They are extremely helpful and very friendly. Because of their help, it made our stay that much better. ** PROPS TO FANNY AT THE FRONT DESK ** The room was a mixed bag. Our room was a small 1 bedroom/studio with a small kitchen. The decor was quite modern and seemingly quite new. The bath/shower was hot and comfortable. The disappointment was around cleaning. The walls near the sofa were scuffed with boot marks, there was debris on the carpet. There is Internet (hard wire) in the room, but wifi access is limited to the lobby with daily user IDs and passwords (not very convenient). We had come to visit Marseille as tourists. The hotel is out of the downtown section. It's about a 10-15 min walk to get to the view port. There is a metro station nearby and a taxi stand across the street. Getting any where in town seem to always be 15-20€ by taxi. There is onsite (underground) secure parking if needed. For the price, we found the hotel comfortable. Obviously, the location can not be changed, but a few small improvements would have made our stay that much better. In summary, a comfortable and modern hotel that is a bit removed from the tourist spots.
