“Great location at a really good price.”

Although the room was on the small side, the hotel is at a great location for a good price. The employees at the desk were helpful. There's a computer in the lobby for public use which was a nice touch.

The thing that impressed me most was the friendly and helpful attitude of all the staff. Processes had been well-thought-through so things ran smoothly. But nothing was rigid so we were able, for example, to leave our cases at the hotel even after we had vacated the room, and come in and out happily to put extra bits and pieces in them and fetch coats, etc. They even willingly allowed us to use their toilet after we had checked out. I would certainly go back to that hotel if we went to Aix again.

Bien que l'hotel est très bien situé sur la cour Mirabeau et adjacent au secteur pietonnier, la chambre bien que assez grande, était vieillotte. Le personnel est charmant et attentionné
