“Very friendly staff.”
The hotel isn't conveniently close to anything in particular; however, I was glad not to be in the hustle bustle of things. I would definately stay there again; however, that won't be happening as I will NEVER go to France again!
“Great value, would stay here again, but have stayed in better Citadines properties”
This aparthotel is conveniently located near the highway on the outskirts of Aix. Parking was free and the lot was convenient. There was no elevator in our building so we had to carry the luggage to our floor up stairs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was good value, but was a little small and not as well furnished or equipped as the Citadines aparthotel we used when we were in Nice. Property was a little older and it showed, but the property was spotlessly clean.

Was great. Simple place with all the basic ammenities.
“Less than airfare alone”
The Citadine was a good choice for us. To book airfare was more expensive than air and hotel so we used this spot as a drop off. The room had a pull out bed, microwave, stovetop, small kitchen with essentials - telephone service (which came in handy) - I could not get the wifi to work on my iphone as it would not let me check the box for the agreement. Stairs., no elevator. We enjoyed our stay there.
“Does not deserve 3 stars”
This was not really a hotel, more of a "hostel". You are expected to clean your room before you leave or they will charge you 25 euros per hour for a cleaning staff. There is no one at the reception after 8 pm. So if you have a problem, it has to wait until 7 the next morning. The room was tiny, with a fold-out bed, which when unfolded, left no room to even walk around. Terrible! Would not recommend it ever. How did it get 3 stars? Another guest who had been there 12 days, had had his room cleaned just once in all that time. The receptionist was rude and totally disinterested. The breakfast cost 9 euros for a coffee and a bread roll.
“Well placed”
Very good place from which to go around Provence. relatively well appointed efficiency, perfect for breakfast or cooked meals. The bed is all right for two. Better to choose the appartment instead of studio.

hotel was verynice .it was close to busstop and foodstore.staff was very nice and helpful.only complain was breakfast was way over priced.
“Great apart hotel”
This is a comfortable apart hotel which has all the needs for short 4 to 5 day stays. The kitchenette comes in handy for breakfast. The place is close to bus and by car to Aix-en-Provence. very convenient and peaceful. Very good value for your money.
