“intentions do matter”

I was late getting to my hotel, and the hotel does not have 24 hour check-in. There was a note on the door with a number to call for my key. I was at first mad to say the least. BUT: It made me feel good that a hotel would give out their personal telephone number in consideration of me for me to get the key. The room was country comfortable feel. I think any hotel that would go out that far to try to avoid what happened is beyond any expectations. If I had my family this is the type of place I would stay. The local ate at their cafe, and that says a lot. The area was quiet and would be a great get away. I would even say rustic romatic spot. Also, the first washclothe I had seen in a month.

“Good place to stay for early morning flight”

Helpful staff, clean room. We stayed here as it was relatively close to Marseille airport and we had an early morning flight.

“Not impressed”

This hotel is tired. It needs renovating. However the manager provided information for our check in using the auto process for after hours check in as we arrived after 11pm. When we booked we did not know the front door closed at this time.

“ce ne st pas un hotel d aeroport!! aucun service - hotel fantome!”

pas de veilleur de nuit - aucune navette aeroport ou gare - tres mal place et introuvable en taxi - personnel trop reduit !! - a EVITER si vous etes sur la region de plus tres cher pour le service et confort offerts avec le taxi aeroport: mieux vaut louer un VRAI bon hotel en VRAIEW zone hoteliere cet hotel est indique comme hotel aeroport mariganne et C EST FAUX! une arnaque en somme.
