“Excellent airport hotel”
good hotel near airport
“Clean, friendly, close to airport”
We arrived late and left very early the next morning - staff was friendly and helpful at all hours. Complimentary airport shuttle starts at 4:30AM which was necessary for our EARLY flight home. No complaints!
“impressed with hotel and food”
Rroom was great, beds very comfortable. The only problem was we did a park and fly and it took 40 minutes to be picked up at the airport. It was cold!!!
“Excellent!”
Looking for an inexpensive Boston stay? Here's the place! While it is a little out of the way, this is the place where the flight crews from Logan stay. It's clean, comfortable, there's food on the premises - great place for the night before or the morning after a flight. The only caveat is that the airport shuttle does NOT run 24 hours - it is unavailable from midnight to 4:00 am.
“A great value”
The hotel was outstanding, front desk staff very helpful. The shuttle at times took a long time about 45-60 minutes but overall it was great!. What can you expect from a free shuttle. There is a grocery store across the street to stock your in room fridge with beverages and snacks. The microwave in the room was good as well. The gym is a little on the small side but the pool and hottub were great. The hotel itself is not in a great area but certainly safe and cheaper than city hotels. The shuttle takes you to the subway station and you can be on way in no time!
“Very comfortable, very friendly”
Very friendly customer service. The free airport shuttle is a good thing because it runs every 30 minutes and many trains run from the airport so its quite easy for all sight seeing activities. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The beds (we had two double beds) were the most comfortable I have ever slept in and all the pillows made it even better. There's a Market Basket across the street and a restaurant behind the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel's restaurant so I can't say anything about that. We both decided that we would stay there again, if we ever went to Boston again.
“Great place to stay”
Shuttle service to the airport and the subway made it an ideal location. It was quiet, comfortable, and near a great supermarket. It will be our first choice for future visits to Boston. Staff were courteous and helpful plus friendly. Room was fantastic.
“excellent hotel in a bad area”
front desk staff needs training on landmarks and tourist spots in the area. shuttle vans need to be cleaned and maintained.
“Very nice hotel for the price”
This hotel was a nice option if you don't want to pay the prices of staying in downtown Boston. A free shuttle would take us to the train line daily and pick us up when we were done sightseeing in Boston. It was very convenient - though I would recommend to the hotel that they take names when a call is made to be picked up at the station to go back to the hotel. Once when I had made the call, we didn't get the shuttle that came as a group came out of the station after us and claimed the shuttle even though we were there first. There was no way for the shuttle driver to know that and so we had to call again and request another shuttle which caused a much longer wait. I did suggest the taking of names to the hotel.
“Great Hotel for the price”
Great hotel and price combination about 3-4 miles from the downtown Boston. Free parking if you drive, and excellent free shuttle bus every 1/2 hour to airport and train station. Other amenities includes computer and printer access on the main floor. Linens and towels are soft and high quality. It will be icing on the cake if this hotel provides complimentary breakfast.
