Très bel hôtel, bien situé, bon service, les resto est bien et la piscine sur le toit aussi. Très bien situé pour faire presque tout à pieds, stationnement extrêmement cher et le bain/douche dans la salle de bain devrait être changer, pour les reste, c'est presque parfait

Nous avons dû attendre 1h car la chambre n'était pas prête. Souffrxnt de fibromyalgie j'ai trouve ca extrêmement long. Aucun bar ouvert sur place. Très déçus

Hôtel au top mais affichage du prix trompeur.
Chambre très spacieuse, confortable, literie au top et beaucoup de rangements. Vraiment le grand confort. Personnel courtois et service impeccable. Par contre, je n ai pas apprécié la façon de dissocier des frais additionnels obligatoires lors de la réservation menant à une confusion qui fait bien gonfler la noté finale. La pratique n est pas appréciée.

The hotel was comfortable but definately not what I would call a luxury hotel. The washrooms are very dated and I suppose that is why there is no pictures of them on their website. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the cleaning staff did a very good job. Avoid room 526 - it is right beside the gym and you will hear banging starting at 7am. We told the front desk and he said he had never heard that before (seemed to be implying I was either making it up or being difficult). We asked to be moved & he said he would need to talk to his manager. We never heard back from him and I know he could have done something. He chose not to. The other person that was there later that evening was extremely helpful and we were able to move to a quieter room. She was very kind and accommodating.This is how front desk service should be. The first room we had seemed to be for someone with physical challenges as there was a chair in the shower, pull bars all around the bathroom and no tub. Again, our "new" room was much better. There were 2 people at the front desk that were very good (and very nice). The person who switched our room and a very nice young man who offered to help us hail a cab. The other employees working on the front desk were not helpful or even nice for that matter. The bellhop was very helpful in assisting us in navigating the subway system and the doormen were extremely professional. The restaurant had some delicious drinks but the breakfast was not great.

The Colonnade is in a convenient location - very close to shopping and nice restaurants. The room was clean. Housekeeping was nice. The breakfast restaurant staff and menu were friendly and good quality. The cons are that hallways are dark so not sure how clean they are, the ventilation seem s a little stale, the front desk staff is so-so (a little young with a bit of an edgy attitude, maybe its generational), and the pool is not open until Memorial Day, so pictures of that online are a little misleading.

Great location. Staying in town for my daughter's graduation.. Sticker shock with parking charge, but yes, it is Boston. Room was good; bathroom was not the best...no fan, pocket door would not close completely and there was dirt hair on the inside of the bathroom door. Front desk staff very gracious. I check in on line. but still had to check in to register car, keys, etc....

Couldn’t access the closet without shimmying in, too close to the bed. Couldn’t open closet doors fully. Floor lamp too close to window, got knocked over when opening/closing curtains. Bathroom could use a refresh. 3 nights cost 1850, I expect more for those prices.
