“My new place to stay in Boston”

We thoroughly loved this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous. We got there before the check in time. So, the front desk checked us in and the person at the front desk called my cell phone to let me know when the room was ready to occupy. The hotel is just up the street from Back Bay Station and, at bit farther away, Arlington Street Station, so you have good access to the T. Every person that we asked questions, from directions to where to eat around Fenway, stopped what they were doing to talk to us about our options. And, on top of it, can you believe that there's a hotel that actually gives you a couple of bottles of water a day for free??!! All in all, it was a real pleasure to have stayed there. The one thing, and this isn't a knock, is the bar. If your thinking of a quaint Irish pub, this isn't it. After about 4:30, this is a very 'happening' place. If you're thinking of a place to have a late night, quiet pint, it's not going to happen. The bar is a very popular night spot. Still, you can find a seat and sit back to plot a plan for sightseeing. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed Jury's. I'll be back.

The hotel had a real European feel to it, and the staff was extremely good. The restaurant was first rate and the bar was lively both Friday and Saturday night.

I travel every week for work and stay at my fare share of good, bad and ugly hotels. This is the type of hotel that sets the standard by which the others should be measured. Very sharp staff. Beautifully decorated room. Great location.

I recently stayed at Back Bay Hotel on a vacation trip with a group of friends. The hotel is really well located, close to everything in Boston. The free wireless and the bottle of water daily was a plus. In Boston, the Back Bay Hotel is the place to stay!!!

From the moment we arrived, after a long transatlantic flight, until we left 4 days later - we were made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff at this hotel. We had booked a deluxe room and were not disappointed. Comfortable beds, large bathroom with walk-in shower & bathrobes all nicely decorated and immaculately clean. We had breakfast each morning in the restaurant which was excellent. Waiters very helpful and friendly. We walked all over Boston from here - not central location- but minutes from everywhere - and quiet. Next time in Boston we'll stay here. Excellent value (through Expedia) and quality.

Our recent stay at Back Bay Hotel was great. The hotel is centrally located in Boston and very convenient for sightseeing. I would not hesitate to return at any time. The staff was great; helpful and courteous.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Back Bay Hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff at check in, the concierge and in the restaurant. The room was very well maintained and comfortable. Hotel was within walking distance to Newbury Street and other local attractions. We were also able to walk to the hotel from the Back Bay Train Station so saved on taxi fares.

“Great choice”

Good location for our needs; the T stop is a couple of blocks away. Bed was very comfortable, wifi internet was free and worked well, nice toiletries, free Starbucks coffee in the morning. I found it to be a very clean hotel and would stay here again
