“Best View of the River!”

Nicely renovated room overlooking the river. Beautiful view, VERY comfortable beds. The pool and the athletic facilities are showing their age...in need of a renovation. You also had to walk through a cold tunnel/walkway and then take a cold elevator to get to the pool. Not pleasant. Food was Ok in the hotel restaurant. Biggest complaint, you had to pay for WIFI which is ridiculous since it's free even at McDonalds..must consider changing this policy! Seems like a tacky way to gouge customers. Another issue is the fact that there are no restaurants near by and you are stuck at night either taking taxi or eating at the hotel. Lastly no shuttle to the airport which is a drag and a further expense to the visitor. Having said all that I would stay there again because it is close to Boston U and has comfortable rooms and great view!

“hotel on the river”

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Need more variety meals on the hotel menu at the restaurant. Enjoyed the view.

“Stayed for the Boston Marathon, Staff was great”

We where there for the 2013 Boston Marathon. From our arrival up to marathon day, the staff was great. Rooms where clean. Pool is long enough for laps. Hotel is located in Cambridge in front of Boston University. Easy access to train station (10 minute walk across a bridge to get to BU Central train station). Hotel also as a shuttle service to major train stations as first come first serve. Downside is the price for parking (35$ per night) and no free internet. After the tragic event at the end of the marathon, the staff was extremelly understanding, professionnal and human. Everybody at Hyatt demonstrated lots of compassion. We will be back for 2014 marathon and will stay again at the Hyatt.

“Not Impressed”

Overall it is not a bad hotel. Maybe I didn't pick a right hotel location for this travelling. That is why I am not satisfied of it.
