“Felt at home”

Lovely surroundings, attentive and caring staff, comfortable rooms (the beds are to die for), great view (I could see the gold dome of the Massachusetts State House), nice pool, amazing steam room, good location (about a ten minute walk from subway stations and Freedom Trail).

“Excellent downtown Boston hotel”

We were in Boston for our daughter's Harvard Law School graduation and were very pleased with the hotel. The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was great, and all the staff were friendly. I complimented the restaurant manager about the friendliness, and he said that that was an important criterion in the hiring process. The concierges were very helpful. The hotel is only one block from the Boston Common and the subway line to Harvard Square. In short, everything was great.

“Great Week in Boston”

My son and I had a great week in Boston. We came to see Fenway and it was our first time in Boston. The Hyatt Regency was everything we hoped for ion a hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet, great service, friendly, helpful staff and an ideal location...all at a reasonable price.

“Very efficient”

The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. This was a business trip for me. I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 in the morning due to some flight delays and had an 8:30 appointment. The staff got me checked in quickly and got me directions for the next mornings appointment directions. When I entered the room, it was clean, the right temperature and the bed was truely an inviting site.

Very clean, spacious. Location is not quite downtown - on the edge oof the theatre district - but a good bet if yo're in that part of town.

The staff was excellent. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in which was great because we were 3 hours early. We also had some charges on our bill from the previous guests and at check out they were removed with no problem. We will be back again.

Staff were super efficient, very courtious, friendly, we had a busy 6 days,restaurant had a good menu ditto room service. Handy for the shops, and most of the city highlights.Pool area let the hotel down a little.

The hotel was perfectly located downtown. Close to the theatre district, the public gardens, and just a short walk to Fanueil Hall. With T access, it doesn't get much better.
