Firstly, upon arrival, I was met with a front desk staff that displayed a shocking level of rudeness and condescension. Most of the employees at the front desk were full of attitude and spoke to me in a disparaging manner. This behavior is unacceptable in any customer service context. The only exception was one lady whose professionalism and courteous demeanor were the sole reasons the conversation did not escalate further. I commend her for her excellent service amidst such negativity. Additionally, the room assigned to us reeked of cigarette smoke. This was particularly distressing as I was traveling with my young child, who mistakenly thought the odor was mint. This oversight in maintaining a non-smoking room not only reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards but also posed a potential health risk. The breakfast provided was equally disappointing, with only two options available. The limited choice and the quality of the food were far below the standard one would expect. Moreover, the attitude of the breakfast service staff compounded the issue. They were unprofessional, followed me around the dining area, and frequently yelled at their colleagues, creating a chaotic and uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, my experience at your hotel was disgraceful. The lack of professionalism and poor quality of services provided have left a lasting negative impression. I had hoped for a pleasant and relaxing stay but instead encountered numerous issues that marred my visit.

I stay in MA a lot for work but this has to be one of the worse places I stayed ever! The room smelled like fabuloso and the lights did not work. The bed had stains on it and just in really bad condition. Nobody is at the front desk at all times you always have to yell “hello” or try to find someone for help. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!

The property was fine. The suite was lacking in that I booked it for three adults. The pull out couch is horrible and there was only sheets to put on it. It's 45 degrees outside. We called for a blanket and they brought one thin one up. I gave my son the cover off the main bed. Also, there are only 2 bath towels. I didn't want to call, because when I called for the blanket, it seemed as though it was a bother.

Hotel was clean, staff wasn’t very friendly. We didn’t have hand soap in our bathroom and we called twice to have it filled and it never happened. The pool was closed without prior notice and the breakfast for a honewood suites was subpar at best. Took them 3 calls and 2 days to get a crib

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. However the setup of the bath area doesn't provide a lot of privacy. The shower and toilet were in one place with a door, and just outside of that was the sink and mirror area, but with no door separating that from the room. Not a huge issue for me, but something to keep in mind when considering who you are traveling with. The kitchenette was a nice addition and fully stocked. Also the hotel is really close to a few restaurants which is nice. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
