“A very nice place to stay”
Easy access to the airport and subway. Very friendly.
“Very handy for airport”
The free shuttle to and from the airport was very handy. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was no problem when I asked for a late checkout. I was only staying one night (in transit from Las Vegas backt to the UK) so the location was perfect.
“We're making this place a habit!”
Great hotel. Our room was much larger than usual this time - at no additional charge. Really good (free) "continental" breakfast with ready made omelets, sausage, toast and bagels, danishes, cereal, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, and lots more. They offer free shuttle service to the T and to the airport. Our 4:00 a.m. shuttle was full, and even though we still had over 1 1/2 hours until our flight left, they called us a cab (on the the house) so that we wouldn't have to worry about being late. This particular Hampton Inn is not located a very "walkable" or picturesque area, but with transportation to the T, it doesn't really matter. Another perk - you can pay a little extra to park your car there for the week - and it's WAY cheaper than paying for airport parking. Whenever we fly out of Boston (we're from Maine) we stay and park at this Hampton Inn. Very reliable and consistent - we have never had any problems. We have also noticed that this is where many airline pilots tend to stay during their layovers - another indicator this it's a pretty safe bet. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.
“Very Impressed!”
The hotel met all of our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. There's a Super Shuttle at this hotel that runs 24hrs/day and will drop you off at the closest Subway stop, the airport, and at a restaurant. And even Target! The hotel is very near the airport, and away from Downtown Boston, but the Subway fixes all that! Perfect hotel!

Very nice hotel. Nice people. Convenient to city transportation. Shuttle bus makes things really accessible.
“Very Impressed”
I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The fact that it is outside Boston was not a problem because the hotel runs an excellent free shuttle service to the train station. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great!
“I will always look for Hampton hotels”
This hotel was a great choice. The shuttle service was unbelievable. A sign said that after 11 am the shuttle would run just once an hour, however, whenever I called them to say I needed a ride, they were there in no time at all. I really appreciated that when I got back to the blue line T when it was getting dark. The breakfast was very good and varied and the desk clerks were very professional. The only complaint I have is that when I asked one of the desk clerks if they had properties in Buffalo, she pointed me to the business center and told me to look it up on my own since she had the same information. Had she looked it up for me, it is possible that I would have changed my reservation to a property in Buffalo rather than the hotel I stayed at. Other than that I was quite pleased and will definitely stay at Hampton hotels in the future.
“Boston's best kept secret for the budget minded”
1st time to Boston and it was great went in the summer kind of humid but what a Historic city with plenty to do stayed 3 days and that is plenty of time to see most things.
“We'll book here next time we come through Boston”
As international travelers, my husband and I fly through Boston several times a year, staying at one of the airport hotels in Boston each time. The Hampton Inn is our favorite. The price is good, the hotel is attractive and clean, and booking includes a continental breakfast- something we Europeans look for and appreciate. After trying both some of the higher end hotels and the airport as well as the least expensive, we find Hampton Inn gives us the most for our money. We'll be back.
“Better than Expected !”
I read a few critiques that were less than perfect and disagree. The hotel has great service. The free Airport Shuttle will take you to an little Italian restaurant down the street. Free pick up too! The beds had Duvet covers and all was refurbished like new. They even offered to take me to Target for my wife's hairspray. Breakfast buffet was awesome too. 2 thumbs up!!
