The hotel itself was very nice. My only complaint has to do with check in. Our flight was delayed by several hours. Instead of arriving at 1am, we did not arrive at the hotel until 5am. Even though I messaged the hotel through the Expedia app, they cancelled our rooms. The night clerk on duty had was somewhat annoyed and frustrated when checking us in. We were very tired from a hectic travel day. It would have been nicer to have a more understanding staff to greet us. Everyone else at the hotel was very nice throughout our stay.

Room was clean but was out of amenities in bathroom. Front desk staff was rude upon arrival but the rest of the time they were nice and helpful. Breakfast was minimal and not well staffed.
I liked the ease of checking in and the convenience to my business in the area.
Next time I will make sure I reserve a room with a desk.

I was. Put in a room that was in the elevator lobby thinking it would be ok as it has been used as a room before. It should not be used traffic up and down started at 11 pm and continued until 1am. Room was very unsatisfactory. I told the clerk at my 5 am departure he questioned why I didn’t ask to change rooms. Surely they know.
It had high scores and close to the location I wanted to visit. It was not the most luxurious hotel but fair, they had a huge external renovation in Mid Nov.
Excellent Breakfast included in the price. The area is industrial, need to walk 2 miles. I would stay there again.
We needed special accommodations with handicapped access. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience. The property was clean and well maintained.
This is my choice of hotel in Boston/Billerica area whether business or travel. Last time I was there, they were in the process of remodeling the lobby. Very nice and clean.
We liked the front desk staff--friendly and efficient with check-in. Much better-than-average breakfast menu. Easy parking. Room large and clean; good shower. Can't think of anything I didn't like.
Room was nice, great continental breakfast. Could hear every step taken from people in the room above me.

Area very nice, easy access to where I was going. Staff not friendly , did not stock room for 3 people (which was clearly on reservations) rude when we asked for supplies, towels pillow, blanket, and toilet paper. Oh and spoons!
Check-in was a breeze! Front Staff were great. But this was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in (inside). You can hear everything above, beside and outside of the room. Walls and floors were creaking while people are walking in the rooms above! Stay in the highest floor, if possible. Very clean though.
Typical Hampton Inn. Large room with a king size bed and a sofa bed in the living room area. Lots of electrical outlets, nice bathroom, kitchenette area with a coffee make and a refrigerator. Very good breakfast. Set back from the street, so quiet at night.
