“No Surprises”
Clean, quiet and comfortable.
“Boston's Best Hotel By Far!”
Have stayed at this hotel twice now. Customer service is excellent. Free shuttles to the airport and Subway station eliminate the need to pay taxi fares. Clean hotel, fair rates, Very friendly customer service, and the drivers are very helpful with luggage and to are very friendly. My biggest concern was that it was three 18 year olds checking in that they may not treat us equally, and i was very wrong. Very proffesional! I have absolutly no complaints about this hotel, and if i return to Boston for a third time, Four Points will be on the top of my list :)
“Great Shuttle Service”
Shuttles picked us up at the airport, took us to the train station to get into the city, picked us up at the train station, and delivered us back to the airport.Very little waiting. All the drivers were friendly and informative and the price was great!

Good value for Boston! Would stay again. Shuttle service excellent.

I think it's a good place to stay. The Shuttle takes you to both the airport and the T line so that you can easily get to Boston sights. They have good internet. The area around it has a bunch of small restaurants and a CVS store that you can get necessaries in. The Bisuteki Grill is a good place to eat, for Hibachi and Sushi. Overall, it's a good deal for Boston.

We had just a short stay but front desk was friendly and helpful and hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport 24/7

excellent service and great features such as the free shuttle to the train station to get into boston, no matter the hour. With free breakfasts offered as well, it is a definate that every time I visit boston, im booking with four points logan airport
“Four Points Sheraton”
Sheraton Four Points is a clean and comfortable hotel. Staff are very accomodating and it is easy access to Boston!

Totally plan to stay here again. It was nice and quiet away from all the city traffic. Shuttle service is awesome! Super clean and beds were very comfortable. There was a Burlington cost facotory near by which we used since the weather changed during our stay!
“Decent hotel for the price”
Great hotel for the price. Close to airport, clean (yes it's an old hotel, but I've seen worse), free parking, free wifi, free water. The neighborhood didn't seem very ghetto and our car didn't get broken in. Pool is very small but water was warm enough, wish they had a hot tub though.
