“Beautiful, luxurious hotel”

Gorgeous hotel. Right on the water. Because we were splurging as it was, didn't upgrade for a room with a water view. Possibly a mistake, since they put us on the second floor, all the way back. Was woken by sirens at 1:15AM and again at 3AM the first night. None on the second night. But the idiot in the room next to us got in at 3AM and turned his TV all the way up for about a half hour, and as our common wall was our headboard, and his TV, it was annoying. Left our car with the valet and it was a bit expensive....plus tips. Yikes! Was too tired to walk the three or four blocks to the Italian section, so we just ate at the hotel restaurant, which was amazing. The chef is picky and the food was wonderful. No salt and pepper shakers on the table...the food came out perfectly seasoned. Went with a salad recommendation from the waiter, in addition to our entree, and was not disappointed. They also had a three course dinner, prix fixe. Great wine. Room was beautiful...fluffy bed, flat panel TV, many channels, comfy recliner. Bathroom was gorgeous..frosted glass, nice shower with two heads, TV speaker and phone in there, etc. No ice or soda machines down the hall..you asked for it to be delivered. First class all the way.

“Fairmont Battery Wharf - Boston”

This hotel was fairly new and very nice. Great location, we took the water taxi from the airport and basically got off at the dock located next to the hotel. No need for a vehicle! The Freedom trail and Old North Church were only a few blocks away. The staff was great! Very helpful, especially the Concierge who provided excellent suggestions, services and directions. We would definitely go back. We had planned to stay at the Marriott Long Wharf which was much older, not as nice and more expensive. We were so glad we picked the Fairmont instead.

“One of the finest hotels in Boston”

This hotel was tremendous. We plan on going back in June and taking my parents. My mother is stuck on one hotel in Boston and I think she will change her mind once she stays here.

“Great deal from Expedia”

got a Gold room for high twos when rack rate was high fours. Gold was set up as separate building on the wharf with the lounge downstairs, king beds only but the room was big enough for two twin+ cots as well for the kids. Service was superb as expected. Not having a pool was a disappointment, but probably on par for Boston hotels, as was valet only parking at forty-two per night. Walked everywhere, the furthest to the Convention & Exhibition Center just under two miles, with the Aquarium, Children's Museum, Museum of Science and Faneuil Hall all much closer.

“Best Locationand service for BOSTON MARATHON RUNNERS”

The BEST staff ever. My friends and I were there to run the Boston Marathon, and we are 22 year olds that love to party as well. We would come back at 2am every night and the hotel would order us dinner from whatever place we desired. The maid service was one of a kind. We left a mess because were mamas boys that don't clean up our rooms. We would hit the clean our room button go eat lunch for a hour and come back to a immaculate room. All our clothes would be folded, and they even organized our liqour bottles. The bellhops never let us open our door on our own. I went to walk to the 7eleven down the block and it was drizzling so the bell hop ran to grab me a umbrella. Not to mention the hotel is beautiful, with amazing views. The staff even has a running loop and maps of runs for athletes. This part of Boston is the by far the most beautiful area of the city. When I walked in the lobby at 5am on Marathon Monday to go get a quick bite of the contential breakfast. The conceriege already called a cab for me because they knew I would need one to take me to the buses for the runners in the marathon. When i was adone eating th ey told me a cab is ready whe ever I'm ready to go. This place is worth every penny and is by far the best experience, and was a large reason my friends and I are talking about qualifying again for the marathon after this trip.
