“Perfect location/Perfect Hotel”

This made our trip so much better. Centrally located so everything in the north end is in walking distance as well as the theater district. Most comfortable bed ever! Super helpful staff. Room was bigger than I was expecting from an historic hotel. Only complaint: the shower. No pressure whatsoever. It took extra long to take a shower just to get the soap off!! I have never understood this logic for hotels, and it does seem to be most of them have this problem. Other than that, I would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

“Great trip”

My daughter and I spent 3 nights at the Omni Parker House. It exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful time. The rooms, though small, were very comfortable. The service was fantastic, prompt, courteous, and professional. The location is fantastic. This was my second trip to Boston and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We always stay at the Omni when in Boston. It is an older hotel so most of the rooms are small but it is very clean with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The location can't be beat.

This hotel combines the impressive charm of early America with the luxury of any 5 star hotel. The rooms and bath room areas are delightful, well maintained, recently renovated, and visually appealing. The bed was outrageous! Super fluffy, soft pillows in abundance, clean, and very comfortable. We actually spent a great deal of time in the hotel bars and restaurant because we enjoyed the food selection, ease of payment, and service. This was a wonderful experience, and we will visit the hotel again.

“Perfect Location”

The Omni's smack-in-the-middle-of-downtown location is perfect - it's a short walk to everywhere. As Boston neophytes, we were pleased to not have to navigate the T, as we could easily walk to Boston Common and the Public Gardens, Quincy Market & Fanuiel Hall, the Aquarium. The hotel is right on the Freedom Trail. Our room was lovely, even though the inner city view was another building! The hotel amenities were great. The only thing that bugged me was the A/C system, which slammed on & off quite loudly and jarringly; and which either kept the room a bit too hot or a bit too cold. We would definitely return.
