“I would definately recommend.....”
The hotel was great. The room was comfortable and the complementary breakfast was owesome. Very close to the bus line which can take you to Borehamwood train station to King's Cross/St. Pancras Station.
“Post wedding stay”
Rooms as expected and clean bathroom. Included in the price was free use of the gym and sauna. Overall good decent hotel for a reasonable price.
“A Shot in the Dark”
There were many things rihgt an dmany things wrong with our visit - but the key factors are: # the room was very poorly lit # the wardrobe had little shelf / drawer storage space and what it had was either at floor level or very high # when the wardrobe door was open, no light shone into the wardrobe space
“A treat when staying overnight on business”
Amazing fitness facilities, swimming pool is big, and was not full of children in the evening so very relaxing. Great service, dinner was very good and I had a free glass of wine as I booked at reception- this is a temporary deal so an example of the sort of promotions they run and may not be valid on a future visit . The bar is very lively, whilst the restuarant more low key, but equally pleasant. Only slight gripe is that breakfast isn't served until 7am (I'm an early riser), and there was not cooked breakfast due to a problem with the gas.
“Good location for our visit”
A great hotel which was very busy,a good car park and the rooms were spaces if a little dark but room service was swift, nice quality food but had two items missing. We would definatley use this hotel again but build in time to account for a tour as its huge and to follow up issues as this was a quick visit.
“Hotel experience”
Excellent, but would have appreciated a fridge and a bath rather than a shower only.
“Great Gym”
The hoitel is very convenient to family and friends but -- most importantly -- thye have a great gym and a Starbucks!!
