“Superior Service, Rooms & Ammenities”

I was expecting a busy, mediocre airport hotel and instead I found a quiet welcoming, efficient abode with clean, spacious and comfortable accommodations. The front desk staff were very helpful, courteous and spoke fluent English. The food in the dining room was some of the best I tasted in France and at bargain prices. Free internet was available in the lobby, and wireless could be purchased in the room. The shuttle service from the airport to hotel was prompt and easy to use. This hotel was one of the best bargains I found in two weeks of traveling. I enjoyed my first night so much that I booked it again for my last night and was not disappointed on my return trip.

“Great location to catch an early flight out of Bordeaux”

The room was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, there were free computers with internet access and a printer with free paper. The pool was in good shape and very clean. Sat outside and played cards before dinner. I would recommend for an overnight stay prior to catching an early morning flight. Location couldn't be better if adjacency to the airport is important. Hotel was already paid so all I had to pay was the additional room tax.

“Convenient, Clean and Comfortable!”

This hotel was actually quite a find. The room wasn't fancy, but it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The restaurant was better than average and prices were quite reasonable. Personnel were courteous and helpful and spoke excellent English. We got great directions, walked to the end of the drive and a short distance to a bus stop, to board a bus that took us right down to the river in Bordeaux where we spent a day wandering through the old beautiful city. This is a place I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it. The trip to the airport takes less than ten minutes. Morning shuttles begin at 6 a.m. and if that isn't early enough, a taxi can be had for 10 Euros.

“First rate airport hotel”

Clean and spacious room. Nice grounds, well kept facility. Polite, bilingual staff. Free WIFi, good food. Nice and close to the airport. Free shuttle service provided. I would stay here again when passing through Bordeaux.

“Satisfaite”

Très satisfaite, surtout l'hôtel accepte les chiens de grande taille !!! Personnel sympathique, chambre accueillante, le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien complet et les enfants ont adoré le coin enfants, kapplas et consoles vidéo. Par contre, il manquait quelques grands draps de bain dans la salle de bain.

“Convenient to Airport for quick getaway”

Stayed overnight at Novatel Bordeaux as we had an early flight next day. Good basic hotel with reasonable little restaurant although a bit expensive for what it is. Staff efficient and no complaints.
