Special Check-In Instructions

Reception is open 9 AM - noon and 5 PM - 8 PM (closed Wednesday). Hours may vary in winter or summer. For short and weekly stays, room keys can only be collected from 5 PM to 8 PM on the arrival day. Guests who anticipate arriving after 8 PM should contact the property directly at least 48 hours in advance to make alternative check-in arrangements. Check-out must be made before 10 AM on departure day.
A damage deposit is charged per apartment (no cash) and is returned to the guest 14 days after departure.

“Confortable et calme, un endroit très agréable”

Propreté, bon effort sur la déco, on se sent comme chez soi dans ces maisons individuelles, agrémentées d'une terrasse, agréable pour déjeuner ou se reposer, et, dans notre cas d'un jardin. La piscine est très sécurisante avec des enfants. Franchement, à conseiller!!

“Le barrique du miel avec une cuiller du goudron...”

1.La fille d'accueil n'est pas faite pour travailler avec des clients. Au lieu de se mettre sur la place d'une personne venue pour se reposer et aider avec des formalités elle a la tendance de leur apprendre la vie; 2.Souhaitable que le payement par la carte puisse être effectué. Le chèque en papier et l'espèce sont les moyens de péage de 19 siècle et plus ancien; 3.C'est dommage parce que l'hôtel même tout entier est super bon.

“Peu mieux faire...en 2008”

L'ouverture très récente du Domaine du Phare est responsable de désagréments du point de vue de l'aménagement du site et des logements : pas de rideaux, espaces verts en chantier, finitions des travaux peu soigneuses... Malgré cela, le site reste agréable et les logements confortables.

“Du neuf pas satisfaisant”

Le prime abord est plutôt positif : déco moderne et environnement neuf, suffisamment d'espace. Au second abord : la baignoire fuit car les joints sont mal faits, un verre cassé, vaisselle mal nettoyée, accueil moyen (on a l'impression qu'ils font tout pour vous faire payer mais pas forcément dans un esprit de rendre service), lit qui craque au moindre mouvement (sympa pour les voisins ou les gens qui dorment en dessous), et je ne vous dis pas pour l'escalier vu que l'isolation est plus que maigre. Bref, on a l'impression que le tout a été fini un peu dans la précipitation et qu'on a mis des jeunes à l'accueil qui coûte pas cher mais qui n'ont pas la notion d'accueil dans l'âme... Mais il y a du potentiel qui devrait vraisemblablement s'améliorer vu la jeunesse du site. Mis à part la piscine, pas d'animation et assez peu de choses aux alentours. Prévoir vélos (beaucoup de pistes cyclables)

“Reservation non respectée.”

Esprit de service très limite : Nous avons loué un 4 pieces pour nous retrouver dans un 3 pieces avec comme explication qu'il fallait se retourner vers le site pour toute reclamation. Grosse frustration car nous n'avons pas été entendu.
