“Il faut tester le Spa!”
Hotel superbe, déco très classique, emplacement parfait. Le personnel est très sympa et efficace. Le spa est tout simplement superbe, la terrasse spectaculaire.
“Very Happy”
Excellent hotel, good location, great staff and very helpful. Nice gym and spa (the latter quite pricey). I baulked at the price of the buffet breakfast which seemed very ordianry for the 30+ Euros and went to a local cafe instead. Try the Petit Commerce restaurant for some of the best seafood and fish you'll ever taste, in an unpretentious bistro setting.
“Best hotel in Europe!”
I was upgraded to a suite for free and it was so fantastic. Hotel location also can't get any better. Some of the staff (Stephanie at the front desk and Gregory at the Concierge) were a bit moody but I think it's because they are so stressed in pleasing everyone. Elizabeth was a pleasure! Same with rest of staff. Overall, the best hotel I have ever stayed at in all of Europe.
“Séjour trèèès agréable”
Tout était parfait. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas accessible aux enfants.
“Paradise in Bordeax”
Everything was exceptional. Service was second to none. Breakfast was fantastic. Would recommend renting a car (through the concierge) and exploring the vinyards. Ask for Gregory.
“Overall very pleased, and we would certainly return.”
Overall we were very pleased. The Concierge services were exceptional and the rooms spacious and attractive. We were expecting to use the pool and fitness center, but neither was available, so we were disappointed. We were also disappointed by the Brasserie. The food was ordinary and the wait staff inadequate for our needs. d
“Impressive hotel in fine location”
The Regent Grand is located in the City Centre facing the famous Grand Theatre. From arrival at the front door to departure, the staff catered for all needs with friendliness and efficiency. The facilities were good and the Spa on the top floor offers superb amenities. Bar atmosphere strange with so few clients, but prices may have influenced! A lovely hotel in a fine position, with walking distance of all sites and with a major tram stop at the side of the building. Would certainly return.
“Two lifts to our room”
We thought this hotel was excellent, if a little oddly laid out. Two particular aspects ensured that we really enjoyed our stay there. First, the friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Second, the excellent location - right in the middle of the city. Probably the biggest negative point for us, was that the food and drink in the hotel was quite expensive, however, with so many other bars, cafes and shops nearby this wasn't a problem. No hesitation in recommending the hotel to others.
“"A Must"”
This hotel is perfect!
“Un lieu où l'on se sent bien et où l'on peut se détendre. A refaire”
Le personnel était très serviable et très gentil. 100 % détente.
