Nice view of the river, near to the center. The acoustic of the room is not that good. Amenities could be better for the price level.

Very poor customer service
Not very helpful. Arrived lunchtime on a Monday. Rooms not ready so left luggage behind reception but still checked in. Not informed about hotel facilities or food. When arrived later and asked for a table in restaurant, was told it was full. Didn't offer any alternative and was told they had 129 rooms to fulfill. Went to bar in restaurant at 8.30pm and saw a few empty tables!. At 9.00pm asked for food at bar only to be told they had finished serving and kitchen was closed. Was informed at reception, room service was until 9.30pm but told this had finished too. Eventually managed to get a salad after 30 mins. Took 15 mins to be served with a drink and only when I asked. Very poor unhelpful customer service and will not be staying here again.

Geniale Lage am Rhein und Bonner Innenstadt
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Rheinpromenade. Die Innenstadt von Bonn ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist die Lage ruhig. Wir parkten in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer zum Rhein hin war komfortabel, das Bad ein bisschen eng. Sonst modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend, insbesondere auch beim Frühstück. Dieses war in Ordnung, die Speisenauswahl hätte etwas größer sein können. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Prima hotel op een mooie locatie
Prima hotel voor een weekendje Bonn: Goede locatie (aan de Rijn en de rand van het centrum). Hotel is van een zestiger jaren bouwstijl vorige eeuw, met brede trappen en zeer goed onderhouden. Garage en ontbijtruimte/restaurant niet met lift bereikbaar. Ontbijt voldoende/toereikend.

Prachtige locatie aan de Rijn met terras waar gegeten en gedronken kan worden. Ruime comfortabele kamer met gerieflijke badkamer. Het internet viel regelmatig enkele minuten uit. Het restaurant biedt Italiaanse gerechten. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
