“Albergo Centrale March 2012”

Absolutely loved staying with the family at Albergo Centrale. Clean, safe and comfortable.

“great choice”

Really good location and very reasonably priced, Surprisingly difficult to get a bus from the railway station (although we managed easily to get back there on the bus), we walked the 1km or so which was OK tho very hot that day. A great hotel which suited us perfectedly.

“Great location”

We have stayed at hotel Centrale a few times, mainly for the great location and for the price. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and the center of the old city. The hotel is on the third floor of a well maintained building very near the bus stop for the aerobus from Bologna airport and a twenty minute walk from the railway station. The rooms are fairly basic in decor and furniture but have en.suite shower rooms good air conditioner units (very important in summer) and are clean. Also you can get Wi Fi access for one euro an hour. The breakfasts are very good, plenty of choice with as much coffee as you could want. We have visited Bologna many times it is a wonderful city great restaurants friendly people, interesting history and very safe. Also ideal for easy trips to other places such as Florence, Rimmi, and Parma.
