“An ideal Hotel for your stay in Bologna”
I would recommend this Hotel without hesitation. Idealy situated for the city centre, very clean with friendly, efficient staff. Breakfast was delightful with excellent service. I will be returning to this Hotel.

“A hidden gem in the heart of Bologna!”
This was our first trip to the hotel and we were amazed by everything - the wonderful, tastefully-furnished & decorated rooms, the friendly and helpful staff and, most of all, the central location. It is a wonderful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Excellent Hotel”
I spent 2 nights at the hotel recently and would give it an overall "excellent" rating. From my email communications with the hotel in advance, to the taxi they hired to pick me up at the airport, to the incredibly helpful and friendly staff, to the size of the room and bathroom and the quality of the furnishings, to the daily breakfast included in the rate, to the central location within 100 yards of the main square, I would rate this hotel excellent and would definitely stay here again.
“Perfect hotel in perfect location”
A very friendly, efficient, clean, comfortable, small hotel ideally located close to Piazza Maggiore and the historic city centre awash with excellent dining experiences. It had the feel of a family run establishment and no request for assistance or information was too much trouble. A variety of pillows is offered to make your sllep as comfortable as possible, a service we gratefully used. The bedroom was tastefully decorated and very welcoming after a day's travelling. The breakfast was good with a broad selection of items and the restaurant area was clean and had a good ambience with excellent service and very good coffee. Being in a university town it was delightful to see the hotel had a book exchange scheme to pass on that finished holiday read and explore new topics. I would not hesitate to return on my next visit to Bologna
“Excellent location for seeing the historical centre of Bologna”
This hotel is in a great location just round the corner from Neptune's fountain in the middle of the historic centre of Bologna. The room was rather small, but very clean and with a lovely bathroom with excellent shower. The only negative point about the hotel itself was that it was quite noisy - both inside (the doors opened with a loud buzz) and outside (the road it is on is used for deliveries to this and other businesses). We also struggled with the heating - the aircon was set at 24C - which is why we needed the window open and had the outside noise. Service was excellent, with all but one staff fitting in with our desire to speak Italian rather than moving straight to English. Breakfast was really good too - lots of choice and all fresh and available throughout the morning - no running out of all the good stuff if you are a bit later down. A couple of odd things - we were only given one key card which didn't really matter but seemed strange, and the hotel safe is basically a drawer that needs a combination to unlock it. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and it provided the perfect place to stay, with loads of good restaurants and bars nearby.
“Perfect boutique hotel”
Lovely small hotel ideally situated just off the main square and a very easy and pleasent walk to all the main attractions of Bologna. The room was bigger than I had imagined and the bathroom had everything one could ask for including a good hairdrier. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even going as far as giving us a choice of rooms. In short this hotel is hard to fault.
