“My Experience at this hotel.”
Since I was driving three hours by scheduled limo to this hotel, an early check-in was requested. I arrived at 11:30 AM and was not permitted to check in until 3 PM. I had an early flight the following morning and was not able to order breakfast because Saturday service starts later. So far, there are $31 in pending charges over and above my dinner charges that should not be on my credit card. Inconvenience, in a word, describes my stay.
“Was decent, but not great.”
The hotel was kind of run down- except the actual room, which was clean and comfortable. Other guests staying there were loud and low-class. Our room was fine but the internet did not work and tech support staff did not know anything about computers. Front desk staff were cordial but confused about our online reservations and though they said they would fix a mix-up in our reservation at check-in, they did not fix it and we were locked out mid-stay and had to re-check-in in order to get back into our room to collect our belongings. Everything ended okay, it was just inconvenient especially considering we preemptively attempted to avoid that very problem. I wouldn't shy people away from staying there- it's fine for the small price we paid, but I wouldn't tell someone to specifically go there, either.
“Nothing special”
The Boise Hotel and Conference Center wasn't terrible, but it wasn't anything to write home about either. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff helpful; the main issue that I had was with the on-site restaurant and the on-site sports bar. We showed up to have a couple of drinks at the bar very shortly before eleven p.m. and were told that they closed at eleven. We ended up having to go across the street to Applebee's. What kind of bar closes at eleven??? Also, we had breakfast at the on-site restaurant the following morning, and tried to order several items listed on their menu that they were no longer carrying. Then, a waiter told us that he would be our cashier at the table whenever we were ready. We immediately pulled out our card to pay the bill. It was ready to be taken about two minutes after he brought us the bill. It took nearly a half an hour for him to come back. The hotel itself is fine; the on-site services suck.
“OK Hotel for the money”
The hotel was clean, help friendly and a good price for what we got.
“boise np conference”
It was an alright hotel. I've spent time in much better for the cost.
“Good if you're only looking for a place to sleep”
Definitely had a cheaper room and bed was not at all comfortable, but it was clean and worked for what we needed.... to sleep. Had to pay an extra fee to have them bring a fridge/microwave to our room, which seemed a little weird since that's standard at most hotels. Their website needs to be updated, it states they have laundry service... they do not offer that anymore.
“OK for price”
The hotel was fine for just sleeping. Clean for the most part, but we were surprised to find an empty krispy creme box behind the chair.
“Mixed Emotions”
The lobby and restraunt and bar had a very appealing overall appearance and seemed like a 3 star hotel and then we got to the rooms and it was less appealing. Stains, long term wear and tare were very visible, like there was no update from the way it was before. Other than that we were somewhat pleased.
“Not Impressed”
The Pool was extremely dirty and the clorene was over powering. You could hear people out in the hall way early in the morning talking. The light from the hall shown under the door and was quite bright. The rooms were comfortable though. I enjoyed the bed. The pillows were too soft for me though but the bed was nice. And the couch was nice to have for visitors.
“Nice will do”
This was just below avarage but acceptable. Clerk was very nice and helpful.
