Room had dust along base board. Stains on the ceilings . Rust all around the pool. Check in and staff were courtesy and kind. Easy to get to0. Parking was fine.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. We went up and looked at our room there was bugs in the window seals and the curtains had holes in them. Our tv did not work until the morning we checked out. We called down after inspecting our room and the gal said that they were completely booked and couldn’t move us to a new room. I asked about canceling the room and she stated since we had already checked in that they couldn’t refund me any of my money. Pretty disappointed. If I had the extra money I would have left and went to a new hotel.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The only problem we experienced was the guests in the room above us. They were excessively loud until 2am. It made it very hard to sleep

The door lock didn't work for an entire 3 night stay. We had employees let us in 10 times and not once did they try anything other than a new door key.

During our recent stay at the hotel, we encountered both positive and negative aspects. Allow me to provide a detailed account: Front Desk Staff: Positive: The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Their warm welcome set a positive tone for our stay. Room Experience: Negative: Unfortunately, our initial room had a dirty bed, necessitating a room change. In the subsequent room, we noticed several issues: The bathroom door frame was coming apart. The window seals were in need of cleaning. Coffee splatters adorned the bathroom walls. Amenities: Hot Tub: Regrettably, the hot tub was closed during our visit. Pool Area: The pool area floor appeared less than pristine. Breakfast was neutral: The breakfast offerings included scrambled eggs, yogurt, waffles, and cereal. there is room for improvement. In summary, the front desk staff’s exceptional service was a highlight, but the cleanliness and maintenance issues require attention.

This room was clean and served its purpose of being a bed and a shower. Sadly we had kids running up and down our halls until 2am knocking on doors but that’s not the staffs fault, that’s crappy parenting. Just beware that you hear every.little.thing. outside your door. Our particular room also had a buzzing microwave but it didn’t affect our stay, just a heads up for future stays.

This hotel needs a facelift. The carpet and chair in my room was torn to shreds and furniture was chewed up. I struggled locking my door, I had to lift the whole door to get the lock to engage, and same when I wanted to unlock it. They have nice bathroom amenities, but most of my bottles were empty. The shower had so much hard water build up the spray went everywhere to the point I had to shower with my eyes closed.

It is obvious that eventually this hotel will be renewed. Bathroom caulk is older and furniture is scratched. But everything is good shape. What concerned three most is my room did not have the self security latch bulb part on the door. Both beds were very firm. I didn't sleep well. For some reason the room was more humid in the morning. I shared these concerns with the management. Breakfast was good.

It seems that the new average is a lower bar than ever. I won't rate the stay as bad or terrible. It was average or somewhat below average. The freezer was caked in ice. I didn't need it - good thing, it wasn't useable. The room smelled like ant or bug spray. It was January 6 - snowing outside and there was a sheet thin blanket in the room - no extra blankets in the closet. The thermostat was set at 68 degrees. I used to stay at LaQuinta often - was a frequent flyer there - sad to see how things have deteriorated at this location. Maybe other locations are better? Overall standards are inching downward in many things...this is just another example.

I liked that the pool was available until late but hot tub was closed. Breakfast was good but hours were only 6 to 9 and half of us didnt make it. Rooms were very clean. I think they were updating some things which we felt it needed an refresh

Booked based on high reviews, but it was mediocre.
Took over 10 minutes to check in, got tub is broken, tv remote was broken, and we were in an adjoining room and could literally hear every word. Hallway and parking lot voices were heard at all hours of the night. Breakfast was good.

This was such a nice La Quinta! My family and i will most definitely stay here again. Super clean, very friendly staff, and i do want to say the breakfast lady in the mornings is AMAZING. Shes not only kind and very proficient olat her job, she has amazing customer service. She helps people without them asking, the breakfast area, is clean, great breakfast, and I wish there was a tip jar for her! She was awesome and my baby loved her as well. Thank you for the awesome stay!
