Great area of Bogota
Amazing place... and neighborhood of Bogota. Many great cafes and restaurants. I would recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

Nice hotel, great service.
Nice rooms, GREAT service. ALL employees were very friendly. Fantastic location in nice area with great restaurants. After dark, only take taxis to where you want to go. Matrassen need to be renewed!

Good hotel. Nice staff. Central location.
They didn’t have a room for me the first night. So they booked an airport pickup for me - which was very nice of them. They arranged for me to stay at BH Rosario hotel for that one night. The breakfast is good at this hotel. The staff is nice and kind. We had one loud neighbor during our stay. But otherwise the room was good. Another thing about Bogota is that the toilets don’t flush as well as they do in the states.

Beautiful stay
This hotel is a hidden jewel. Well situated in the Chapinero district. It is located off the busy 7th avenue. The district is beautiful. Breakfast is very very nice and delicious. We really lucked out.

Good hotel in great location.
Nice hotel with great breakfast buffet. Location is amazing. Our bathroom was a bit odd, shower doors let the water escape so we had to use towels to keep from flooding. Also, toiletries in bathroom are minimum.

Over the top customer service!
The hotel went well above expectation to make sure we had everything we needed. They messaged prior to the stay to ask what type pillows we wanted, if we wanted a heater, and other special requests. In addition, once I mentioned it was my husband's birthday, the decorated the room with flowers, balloons, wine, fruits, and cake for a minimal charge. Very attentive to our needs throughout stay. Would stay here again.

The staff were all so professional, helpful and friendly. The room didn't have a great view (except of the apartment building next door) but I was not in Bogota to hang around in my room looking out the window. It was very quiet and secure. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered something for everyone. Good neighborhood with lots of restaurants within a couple blocks. Half a block from mainline transit line. Free snacks in the lounge/dining room at cocktail hour. Perfect for 6 day vacation.

The only negative was the bed. The corners stick out and are wooden and sharp. I cut my leg and fell very har cutting my arm and my hip.

I want to preface this by saying I usually stay at a Rosewood or Waldorf Astoria and booked this for a last minute trip since it was relatively inexpensive. The location is close to the Four Seasons which is lovely and a value if u are used to big city prices for food. The Lugano was fine just not anything special. I believe most people will find things to be adequate for their needs. There were many restaurants within walking distance. The included breakfast lacked a good selection if u are used to the upscale hotel spreads. If u want to save money versus the upscale options it does the job.

Fantastic Team - What hotels used to be!
I arrived early in the morning and the staff at this hotel immediately welcomed me. Offered me coffee, breakfast and my room was made available with in just a few minutes. After traveling for over 15 hours and being awake for 36+ this type of welcome went above and beyond. I travel a ton for work, often overnight and its is very very rare for a hotel to not even bat an eyelash at the idea of checking you in when you arrived as opposed to their allotted times. To add, when I inquired how to get a buss pass, and to top up a bus pass the manager on duty offered me his own to use. I was not confident that I would return before his shift ended and didn't want to leave him stranded, he provided me with detailed instructions on how to get a pass, what it should cost and how to use it. The team at this hotel wants you to feel welcome, Bogota is a fantastic city, and the people are welcoming. You should go, and enjoy from this hotel, which is well situated to see most of the city by walking or bus!

Beautiful hotel. Hotel has a restaurant with a varied menu and good breakfast (lots of fresh fruits). Very well maintained, clean room and super spacious. Very kind and attentive employees. The only thing is that the rooms do not have air conditioning, but the weather was cold so it was not a problem in my case. Everything was excellent.

It was noisy because of construction, which started very early including the holidays. The lift was a bit dirty, presumably, due to construction as well. The personnel was superb, friendly and helpful.

Great location to Zona G Too much traffic noise
This hotel is very modern and clean in a perfect walking distance to restaurants in Zona G and Financial District. Hotel staff is great and speak moderately good English so getting directions or recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants was good. For the price in comparison to overpriced Hilton, JW Marriott and Four Seasons its the best bang for your buck however if you like to get a good nights sleep this is the wrong hotel as you are literally so close to CRA 7 that taxi horn honking, dogs barking, construction noise, etc starts at 6am or earlier and goes until late at night. There are no thermostats in this hotel due to the moderate temperatures so you have to keep your windows open for fresh air and that's when you hear a lot of traffic noise. Room is clean and modern and made to order breakfast with fresh fruits/juices is lovely. Hotel taxi airport service is very reasonable as well and much better than getting one yourself at the airport as they are a total rip off for tourists unless you are fluently Spanish.

Amazing Staff, Wonderful Facilities, Stay here!!
So glad we stayed here! Beautiful boutique hotel in the perfect location with spacious but cozy suites. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful with recommendations on what to do in the city. The breakfast was freshly made and delicious, and they'll even bring it up to your room if you want. The only recommendation would be to make the fitness room bigger and add more machines. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here the next time we're in Bogota!

In the middle of the business district
I had a considerable amount of legal review and commerce business application to get done in a short amount of time. This hotel is perfectly located in the business district of Bogota. Although I missed my comp massage, I will return here again.

A pretty awesome hotel
Overall, an awesome hotel. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Room was huge and comfortable. Couple minor draw-backs: soundproofing could be improved. Conversations from outside or near the elevator were clear in the room, as was flowing water from other suites. The hotel bar was a bit over priced, even for a hotel bar, as I did visit the nearby Hilton’s bar with friends which was considerably less expensive. However, these were pretty minor drawbacks compared to the good side of the stay.

I would stay here again
The hotel is a small place, but very cute. Rooms were clean and the free breakfast was nice. They offer a car service if the car is there which we used a few times and the drivers were so nice, one would even get out of the car and walk us to the front door of where we were going. The only thing is that it’s a lot more expensive than a regular taxi but you can charge it to your room and the service can sometimes be worth it. My favorite part of staying here was Diego who works at the front desk. He was unbelievable and made our stay exceptional! I can’t sing his praises enough! He made us multiple reservations for whatever we planned on doing and then would always excitedly ask how it was. He would literally jog to the taxi so he could be there waiting with the door open. Truly made the stay here that much better.

Accommodating staff
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Greeted us with drink offer, let us check-in a couple of hours early and helpful throughout our stay.

Place is fine but be careful.
Our flight was late and we were tired when we arrived, they put some sheets of paper in front of during check in which were in Spanish that we did not understand. When we went to check out they hit us for a bill for insurance that if we got hurt at the hotel we would be covered. I refused to pay and they removed it, they should not have done that. They will also tell you that they will get you a cab or other service for transportation. We found it to be about 25% more expensive.

Well, let me start off by saying the service at the front desk and restaurant were wonderful. They were extremely helpful in every way. However our 2br apartment was very disappointing. For the price ($200+ per night) I expected much better. It was old and dark. The beds and bathrooms were clean and that is where we stayed. We found broken glass in the carpet, dirt on the floor, and didn’t feel the couch was clean enough to sit on. The second bathroom was very small and difficult to turn around in. Maybe we just got a bad room since we had a contrary experience compared to all the other reviews.

Nice close to the beach
The staff don’t know English or Spanish and it’s difficult to ask them questions also you can bring people back for 30 minutes or a hour.

The greatea hotel service I have ever received
The hotel is very conveniently located in a very safe area. Nearby excellent restaurants, within walking distance. The hotel service is one of the best in Latin America. The staff make you feel at home; the restaurant service is first class and the hotel food is excellent. The hotel is very clean, the bedrooms are promptly clean. The beds are very comfortable. If you are in Bogotá, book it! I have traveled around the world and stayed in many hotels. This is one of the best for the price!
