I like this hotel. It's convenient, safe, quiet, clean, great food, helpful staff, and spacious rooms. Not the most modern in rhe city, but I have nothing to complain about.

What i liked about this property was that the staff and the hotel itself were very nice. What we didnt like was that the room was very dirty, like it was not used for a long time and no cleaning was made. What i didnt like either was that Expedia offer this hotel with a perk but the hotel itself inform us that it was not included in our package, so i was confused, but whatever!!

Excellent ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️ Front desk are accommodating and always answered all of our questions. Room service is the best. ☕️ restaurants, hair salons, dunking donuts, local shops, drug stores, bars, ATMs, banks, all within the 1st floor/lobby. Super convenient.

It is an older hotel with character and history but will lack the atmosphere of a newer modern room. There are places to eat within walking distance but beware of your surroundings when you are out and about. It is not in a nice part of Bogota.

The staff is very nice and helpful, but the place has been neglected, I will rate it 2 starts hotel. A lot things need update and change, the floor carpet for example. It needs also a ritual to remove the bad energy collected overtime.

Very historic, old fashioned hotel. Airport shuttle is great service. You need to contact hotel before the trip about hours. All crew so polite and helpful. Restaurant was perfect. Room and view are great. Only small minibar would be nice for basic needs, like snacks and drinks etc. Overall great experience.

The staff and people was extremely nice and went out of the way to help me.. Breakfast was good.. Most places are walkable.. But the taxi service outside main door well go with ya and wait on ya wherever you want to go.. For a price of course.. Its an older hotel.. So there is show of age.. Far as i am concerned it was perfect for the price.. And i would definitely go back there..

I expected for the price and the prestige of this hotel for everything to be outstanding . Our first room had furniture missing and dust so thick I could and did right my name in it . The food at the restaurant was cold and sub par . We will not be coming back. The shower had cold water the entire stay. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed.

I like the History of the Hotel. The staff is friendly and Courteous. The thing I didn't like is the rooms we stayed need little things repaired and those things should be reported by the cleaning crew to the maintenance department.

A luxury hotel with excellent breakfast
I was very comfortable and felt very secure in this hotel. The food was excellent and great central location. Just 15 minutes by taxi from Airport ( approx $10 )

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Tequendama. Upon check-in I was digging o find our passports as I had hurriedly packed and could not remember which case I had put them in. The staff was so nice as I dug thru our suitcases. I did find them (of course)! We were allowed an early check in, our room was a beautiful corner room on the 11th floor, and everything was lovely! The staff was so nice, the morning breakfasts were fabulous! I highly recommend this wonderful hotel :-) My husband got a lovely hair cut and shave on site, the small shops were nice, I could go on and on.. Stay here - you won't regret it!

Felt like we were back in time at this lovely property celebrating its 70th anniversary. Breakfast was included and was expansive. The indoor pool was actually a hot tub and the “hot tub” was cooler. Staff super accommodating (we arrived early and they kindly arranged to get us in our room very early plus they provided a rollaway bed). The neighborhood was great for walking to restaurants, the Museo Nacional, churches, Plaza de Toros, Ciclovía and markets on Sunday, and the observation deck at the Colpatria building. We enjoyed our stay!
