Estimado Ramón.Primeramente agradecemos por tomarte el tiempo de dejar tu comentario, para nosotros es muy importante tu opinión. Efectivamente al hotel se le realizó una renovación del sistema del aire acondicionado, desafortunadamente esta renovación, implicó la ausencia del mismo. La intención por parte la administración del hotel no es actuar de manera deshonesta ni mucho menos indisponer al huésped, por el contrario, nuestro propósito es en lo posible garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
