Poor quality and service. Air conditioner broken, walks dripping water, and extremely rude front desk service. I explained the challenges and that I needed a late check out due to my delayed flight and was told I need to book a whole new reservation despite explaining the multiple problem I experienced.

Stay was excellent until morning of check out. When packing, I realized a pair of boots were missing from my room. When checking out I was told I had to pay for three items from the mini bar, a mini bar I never touched, and when I told them about the missing boots, she kept saying, “Ok, don’t worry about it! Don’t worry about it” Zero apologies or responsibility. So a very disappointing end to an otherwise great experience, but now I would never recommend this hotel.

I personally would not rate this a five star hotel, not because of anything bad they did, but rather the conditions of the facility, overall I would say this is a 3.5 stars hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful, so there’s no complaining on that, the rooms need to be updated

This is an excellent location and the staff are so friendly and caring. The hotel itself is a bit old and the room where we stayed for the first few days had a broken airconditioner so they gave us a fan. Other than that it’s really an ideally located hotel. We loved it.

The staff was super kind. The check in and check out process were quick and smooth. The hotel provided me a contact to pick us up at the airport. We arrived almost two hours after the arranged time and did not have any issues getting to the hotel. The driver was extremely professional and made us feel safe. The hotel is perfectly located by a lot of restaurants, a mall, and lots of options for night life. The hotel is a bit dated, but regardless everything was clean and well-kept.

Problemas de Administración
La ubicación excelente, la atención del staff muy buena y amable, el desayuno muy variado y completo, el cuarto en general bastante bien. Estuve hospedado del 11 al 14 de agosto, al parecer por estos días y posterior al registro nos informaron que el hotel estaba cambiando las máquinas del aire acondicionado por ende los cuartos no contaban esos días con aire, nos ofrecieron un abanico, sin embargo para un alérgico eso no es buena opción, sólo nos quedó abrir la ventana con el problema de que siendo en plena zona T, el bullicio del fin de semana era increíble y el dormir era casi imposible, me parece que la Gerencia previo el registro debió avisar de esta situación y que los clientes decidieran con tiempo si mantenían su reserva a o no, me pareció hasta deshonesto de la administración del hotel no hacerlo. Adicionalmente y también a la administración, creo que llegó la hora de cambiar la sábanas, ya están llenas de bolitas. Mi queja es de la administración al 100%, el personal fue muy amable.

Efectivamente al hotel se le realizó una renovación del sistema del aire acondicionado, desafortunadamente esta renovación, implicó la ausencia del mismo. La intención por parte la administración del hotel no es actuar de manera deshonesta ni mucho menos indisponer al huésped, por el contrario, nuestro propósito es en lo posible garantizar la satisfacción del cliente. De antemano te ofrecemos una disculpa por el inconveniente presentado, esperamos en un futuro que nos brindes nuevamente la oportunidad de alojarte en NH Andino, cambiar tu perspectiva y superar tus expectativas.
