“Will go again! Very impressed!”
Clean and Comfortable rooms! Great service! Nice swimming pool. Very easy to get to.
“Great Hotel”
We just completed our second, 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn in Boerne. We first stayed at this hotel in 2009. The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is very good with ample seating. The hotel has easy on/off access to IH10 and is very close to the Boerne downtown shopping areas. We highly recommend this hotel and using Boerne as a base to roam the Texas Hill Country. Nearby Comfort, Texas is also a real treat!

Very nice accomodations and the breakfast was great. the best part was the pool and veranda outside area. Even my picky mom could not get over how pretty it was.

This was my second time staying there and I truly love it! It's clean, well stocked, and the employees are extremely nice and helpful. Their pool area is fantastic. I have found the hotel to stay at time and time again!! I recommend the Hampton Inn to everybody!!

They offer different hot selections each morning - scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, french toast sticks, bagel toppers.

Very nice and clean hotel. Resort style pool and deck area was a nice bonus. Breakfast was tasty and kept well stocked and clean. A great value!

We had a few problems initially with the room, and the manager gave us an upgrade to a better room. They were very helpful. The pool was great. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hostess over the breakfast was wonderful.
“Boerne Texas”
You get what you pay for. Nice room, good breakfast. The pillows are huge. We prefer thin pillows, but most will be happy.

“Poor Management”
We had called earlier in the day, but arrived at 6 pm. Our room was not ready. There was an item in refrigerator that had not been cleaned. We needed more pillows and blankets- they were out. Out of tissue in room. Only one poor attendant worked a very busy breakfast- many tables needed busing. Many items were out and had to be asked for. Overall- big mess! Elevators slow- one not working and the other had an alarm go off while we were on it with our cart- scary! We had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs from the third floor. I have never had such problems at a Hampton Inn and will not return to that one- very poor management.
