It was difficult to reach this property, as it is hidden from the road. But it was a great place to stay, & we were very satisfied.

The attendant at the breakfast bar was exceptional. She was bubbly, accommodating and eager to make the start of our day perfect. I have never experienced anything like it! She is a standout!

Pretty standard comfortable Hotel. Staff is super friendly. My daughter had a room to herself and reported someone tried to enter during the night. In the morning the door was open, but the security latch had prevented entry.

The staff was wonderful. Sue (in the dining room) was so nice and the front desk people were great. The breakfast provided each day was excellent. The hotel itself was run-down and in disrepair. The door in our room was damaged and had to be yanked and pushed multiple times before it would open every time we entered. Pain in the butt, because I have just had heart surgery. The “heated pool” wasn’t heated. There were mold-looking stains on the bathroom ceiling and the toilet didn’t flush correctly. Mixed feelings about this trip because I had my grandkids with me and they were disappointed about the pool, etc.

My assigned room’s AC was not working, and the lock/door knob was broken. There was a pair of men’s sandals by the AC unit. I was given a different room, which was slightly better, but still not very clean.

The facility and the staff were incredible parking with the trailer is an issue, There’s very little parking available. overall it was a great stay and the continental breakfast was kind of week eggs and sausage with nothing to go on it or with it was a bit disheartening.

This is the best Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at. We stayed for a week and saw staff cleaning areas every day. Breakfast area was always tidy and well stocked. The breakfast ladies were very friendly and helped with all parts of our meal prep. The beds were very comfortable and the water in the pool was clear. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed for Four days at the comfort in in Boerne Texas. Clean rooms, friendly service. Especially liked the continental breakfast included.Plenty of choices of food and great service and clean! Loved it. Will go again. No problems!

Everything was fine, except our last night, whoever was staying in the room above us, made a lot of noise, jumping either on the floor on the bed. It did make it a little hard to go to sleep at night. But besides that everything was fine.
