“Parfait!”

“THE BEST HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE EVER!!!”

AMAZING HOTEL! Could not ask for more, the service was 5 star, I was treated like a queen. The food was beautiful especially the barbecues at lunch or dinner time. We had an amazing view overlooking the sea. The hotel also have their own Spa service which I definately recommend to have all services as they are very polite and professional. They even have an evening disco for those who like the party life.

“Fun place”

I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival at our hotel as this is not a well known Australian brand hotel. Hotel has 2 big pools and also you can get turkish baths on site - A MUST FOR EVERYONE .... I STRONGLY RECOMMEND!! All staff are great, nice and friendly. All inclusive package is good value. Beware of the male waiters who are all eager to "take you out".

“Un faux 5 étoiles”

positif : - belles piscines avec vue sur mer - restaurants de qualité et assez variés - personnel sympathique, à lécoute - le spa - la localisation (proche centre bodrum) - l'aspect général de l'hôtel est plutôt réussi (design) négatif : - l'insonorisation moyenne - internet payant contrairement à l'annonce - propreté de la chambre et de certains endroits de l'hôtel bâclée. - salle de sport minuscule et avec du matériel bas de gamme - nombreux oublis lorsqu'on demande quelque chose (serviettes supplémentaires, on a appelé 4 fois en 2h avant de les avoir, petits déjeuners pour départ qui devaient être prêts le jour du départ inexistants... etc) - lits inconfortables avec beaucoup de chambres lits doubles séparés, chambre choisie étant qualifiée malgré tout de "supérieure"... Au final, un peu déçu du fait que l'hôtel soit classé 5 étoiles. Nous avons beaucoup voyagé et nous avons fait des 4 étoiles voir des 2 étoiles (en Corse et Italie) beaucoup mieux... Les 5 étoiles sont attribuées clairement pour le spa et la proximité avec la mer. Pour le reste ce serait un très bon 3 étoiles à mon point de vue. Le séjour a été agréable malgré tout. “Food wasn't good, it was always cold, and no taste.”

We were very dissapointed.there was two beachs and one of the beach wasn't imprest, food and drink also wasn't good. only Turkish bath and Massage centre was very pleasant and relaxing, and good service. I recommended to everyone.
