Nice but not more
The staff at reception is very nice and helpful. The young lady during the day speaks an excellent English, the night porter speaks quite well.
The rooms are ok for this price.
The guy who was responsible for my room was lazy. Every morning he made the bed and mopped the floor. After one week I asked him also to clean the bathroom and to change the towels... Yes, once he even cleaned the wash-basin...
The pool area is very nice - because the hotel was not busy you could get a sun bed every day after eleven.
The breakfast is a small buffet with horrible coffee and tea. Enjoy the English breakfast possibilities next door (Parrot's Cafe!!).
For diner try Rest. Amphora (just opposite) - family owned, very nice people, great food. Or Denny's at Gumbet Beach - there you can sit just at water front... Nice atmosphere!
The worst thing at all: All night there was very loud music from Mulberry's - the restaurant in front of the hotel. They have got a loudspeaker on the roof of the restaurant for the pool area - funny during the day, but awful in the nights (till 1/2am). After three nights I asked them to switch off this loudspeaker - sometimes they did so. It was like sleeping on a disco stage.
