Room service could be done more often when the stay is for more than 2 to 3 days. We could have asked but it is a little annoying.

The internet was giving them problems so we had to wait 20 minutes to check in and they expected it to continue shutting down the rest of the evening. The pool was drained.

Elevator was not working. My shower did not drain. Air conditioning unit smelled not sanitary.

The property was ok when you shower the water leaks on the ground and the bathroom takes forever to flush down other then that this property is pretty quite and at this time pool and jacuzzi was close I wish it said that on their website before I booked

"The Senesta Hotel provides an overall satisfactory stay; however, the breakfast experience fell short. Despite advertising a complimentary breakfast, the menu selection was meager and disappointing, offering only eggs with toast. This lack of variety is unfortunate and does not align with the expectations set."
