Very nice rooms. Our room was upgraded which was very nice but we didn’t get the 2 queen beds we originally booked. Had a great time anyway. The 1 negative comment I have was you sent way too many texts wanting reviews etc. before we even made it home.

We stay here 2 to 3 times a year. Always something going on in the village. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Right at the foot of Blue Mountain makes for wonderful hiking and walking.

The Westin was an amazing stay! Our room was very clean and tidy, with comfortable couches for relaxing. The TV came with various networks and Netflix/Prime streaming options. We also had a balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff were very accommodating and provided us with a later checkout when we asked. Would definitely go back again!

We liked the easy access to the pools. Was unhappy with sharp broken tiles in hot tub that I caught my foot on. The rooms were clean and access to the village was seamless.

A great option if you are heading to the slopes for a few days. Very easy access to the village. All the restaurants and shops were a couple of minutes walk away, as were the lifts. Valet parking made the checkin process very easy. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were really accommodating and eager to please. Overall, a good stay.

The property inside and outside of the hotel was beautiful. It was easy to walk to the Blue Mountain Village. Everything is at your door step. The room we stayed in was wonderful. The bed was cozy, everything was clean. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back!

We found more than 20 lady bugs in the bedroom. Yes it is near mountain but not just 2 but 20. If they had been cleaning the room properly they would have found it. We had to switch rooms at 2 in the morning and they told us to move all out stuff my 8 in the morning.

Really great stay for a girls weekend with my 6 year old daughter and another mom and her daughter. The hotel staff were exceptional. They upgraded us to a suite and ensured that we were in close proximity to my friend. All staff from the front desk, bell boy and room service were amazing! Very respectful of requests and accommodating. The amenities were amazing!! Loved the various pools and hot tubs. The resort is close to all amenities with the Blue Mountain village. Thank you for the wonderful time; we will be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The staff were extremely kind, accommodating and friendly. When my partner was injured while skiing, the hotel waived its parking fee, which they didn’t need to do and we didn’t ask for, and readily provided a wheelchair. The room was very clean and quiet and had a beautiful view of the lake and village. The pool was quite warm, clean, and enjoyable even in the cold weather. The pool showers were also clean and convenient, with soap, shampoo, and conditioner like a regular shower. We would definitely stay here again.

The agent that checked us in was absolutely lovely!! We’ve been here before and truly appreciated the upgrade for our wedding anniversary, super convenient, a place to enjoy the outdoors with some tlc when you have the need! Great kitchenette and balcony!
