Unfortunately upon arrival in our room, the room was not made up, but the desk clerk was very courtious and change us into a suite. The restaurant is great for couples but very expensive for families. The hotel is starting to get run down, broken ceramic in the suite bathroom, other tiles changed but not the same color, wallpaper is peeling. The room maintenance is not up to par, besides our 1st room not ready, the suite was missing kleenex, but the towels were in abundance and soft. Great coffee in the morning, not weak like most places.

NICE QUIET HOTEL. BUT THERE IS A BAR WITH POOL TABLES IN THE ATRIUM AND THE WINDOWS FROM THE ROON ARE ON THE SAME SIDE AS THE BAR SO I THINK IT WOULD GET PRETTY NOISY AT TIMES. IT WOULD BE WISE TO REQUEST A ROOM WITH A WINDOW TOWARD THE OUTSIDE.

Room for 4, towels for 2. Air conditionning not in good working order. Cabinet for a fridge but no fridge. Bath and shower over used. Fixtures, shelf, loose ready to fall. Too expensive for the quality . Tip; make sure you don't book a room in left wing (close to spa)old portion of the hotel and not a view on the inside court (inside pool), can be very noise

small room,not clean,empty fridge no paid bar,indoor swimming pool and rooms facing it and u cant open a window to get some breath and no enought lighing in the room plus electricity cut off twice in one day once we plug in the iron to get out clothes iron, but reciptionist was friendly girls.

The room we started with was old. The sheets did not fit the beds properly. The window did not open easily and the univent was old. Part way through our stay we were told that there would be a big party near our room and we were offered another room. The new room was in better condition but it was not clean. When my wife went to use the hair drier, a bunch of black hair fell out of it. The hot tub smelled like human vomit and there was solid stuff floating in it. We only noticed that after we had been in the tub for a while. The people were nice and friendly. However, I felt that if we had to move we should have been given a suite for the three days we had left. IF we had been offered a suite, we would have been willing to pay more for it. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anayone.
