“I was very pleased with every thing I will do it again.”

Every thing was wonderfull we will do it again in the future. But I only stayed there for only two nights of the three because I had to come home early. Hopefully I could get credit for the last night. I will call and see.

“Excellent customer service”

I was distracted on the way out and left a very expensive and personally significant shawl in the lobby. After discovering my mistake I called from 50 miles away and asked if they had it. They did, and put it in a safe place until the manager could send it to me COD. I was worried about it and sent probably 3 emails and called twice. They were very polite and answered all the emails. They emailed me when they sent the shawl to me as well. In today's world you just don't know whether people will be that responsible. I am very willing to give them a first rate review due to their reliability and level of service. Thank you again, WI resident

“Very Accomodating”

Our reservation was accidentally booked as a smoking room and although booked solid they managed to accommodate us with what they had available each night and a nicer suite at a very modest upgrade. The staff was sympathetic and made sure we were taken care of. Breakfast was more than enough and kids enjoyed the pool.

“Best Place in Blaine”

Great place to stay. Located near major highways and business's. Lobby, hallways & rooms were all bright and clean. Very friendly staff.

It was a good hotel for the area in which is located. It was nice to have easy access to Central Ave.

“Affordable, but don't expect much”

Room was clean, comfortable, and with the expedia deal, affordable. Breakfast was slices of bread, cheap bagels, and two choices of cereal. AC worked. They put us next to the maintenance closet (because we had an online deal?) so every group of employees that wanted to talk did so right outside our door. If I was bitter I would write a scathing review, but in all honesty the room did what I needed it to.

“Not bad bad but no internet in rooms as was promoted.”

This hotel is pretty average for a quick stay, but not if you want to spend the day at the hotel. In the reviews and promotions of the hotel, it says that it has wireless high speed internet in rooms and that is not so. That was mainly our only problem. You have to go down to the lobby to get internet. But overall it was ok.

“The hotel stank like cigarettes!”

I asked for a non-smoking room, which we got but the hotel stank like cigarettes. The minute you walk in the hotel, or out of the room the stench of cigarettes was awful. Also, there wasn't an elevator. We had to carry our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs.
